No. Rava is wheat broken into much smaller pieces. But Dalia is broken wheat which is 5 to 6 times bigger in size than a Rava(aka Suji) particle. Hope this helps
One can measure the quantity of oil and ghee. Within 10 GM's is OK, as well as the daliya and veggies. Don't see any reason why it won't aid weightloss.

Radhika Satish ghee is OK because I m a taekwondo player bt my weight is 70 I go there for losing my weight and I eat dalia too and my taekwondo sir told me that I can eat ghee but in a less quantity P.s. you can eat ghee bt in a less quantity:)
Dalia is not made from "GREEN moong dal " in traditional way it is made with normal moong dal and it tastes good but depends if you have never touched normal dal it won't taste good according to your tastebuds.

If you don't roast, it will not cook well.
You can soak dalia in water for few minutes just like moong dal
