    Looks delicious! I always add a splash of liquid crab boil to my gumbo too.

    Not sure where exactly you're from but pork never enters into jambalaya.

      I thought ALL jambalaya was sausage, chicken and pork. At least that’s how I do it.

      It’s really what you want to put in it. It’s usually temple meat , pork sausage and chicken and sometimes just regular pork meat

      I will add that it did look good i had just never heard of pork being in it. I didn't mean to come across harsh my apologies. Keep up the good work.
