Potatoes 1kg
Water
Boil 8 minutes
Black pepper 1/5tsp
Garlic powder 1/5tsp
Salt 1/4tsp
Chilli powder 1/5tsp
Corn starch 2tbsp
Cooking oil 2tbsp
First bake at 230° for 25 minutes
Second bake at 230° for 15 minutes
Dried scallions
