Hi Heather, Oops! Ran out of video. Don't you hate when that happens. Great video, as usual. I wanted to mention that instead of waiting a long time to cut your cake you can speed things up by putting the cake in the frig. or freezer to harden it up some. Also, something I do to make chocolate curls or little pieces is I put a block of clay in the frig. to harden it a little bit, then I use a nutmeg grater to grate some clay off the cold block. If you can't find a nutmeg grater you can always use the smallest holes on a cheese grater ( but of course you can't use it for food after that). Hope this helps everyone. Take care, Dee
