In addition, I was to buy the new huawei fit 3 but after watching your video on how you use your smartwatch, I realized that I also do not need all the extra features of the huawei fit 3 especially because it comes at double the cost. You mentioned how the Redmi Watch 3 bands don't have the same attachment mechanism as the Watch 4. From the looks of it, the Mi Band pro series (the 7 and the 8) has the same one as the Redmi. Do you have any Xiaomi Mi band 7 pro bands to check? There are a ton of options available if those bands fit!
I have the Chinese version of Redmi watch 4 and can't find Strava in the Third party data of Mi Fitness APP. I know the global version has this option. Any idea how to solve this? Thanks

I assume when you setup your watch in another language the days will be on that language too. You don't change language, you select a language at setup. 🤙🏼

I haven't had any issues, and I've been in the ocean twice the last 3 weeks. Might want to try the rice bag method - dry out the insides (just in case) - hopefully its nothing serious - best of luck!
