I worked at Lufthansa InTouch here in Canada for two years. The coworkers were all very nice and hard working, but I left to pursue other career opportunities. Unfortunately I was unable to take advantage of the discount on plane tickets because the COVID-19 pandemic hit as I started planning a vacation so I couldn’t purchase it.

Well, the employee reviews on Glassdoor say a completely different story. Stop trying to fool people. I am so dissapointed in Lufthansa for creating this sub "company".

Absolute toilet of a company. This video is selling a pipe dream, and when it goes wrong don’t expect. I didn’t listen to the poor reviews and just thought it was people moaning, I got what I deserved in that case, both outbound and inbound flights were a travesty and they smashed my suitcase just to rub salt in the wounds.
