Why don’t you do a video on customer complaints, you would have enough RUclips content for the next 2 years instead of a few seconds, however you could do one on follow up customer services when your customers are inevitably upset with your service. Now that would only last a few seconds, as it’s none existent. All your negative reviews across the internet were well earned.

Absolute toilet of a company. This video is selling a pipe dream, and when it goes wrong don’t expect. I didn’t listen to the poor reviews and just thought it was people moaning, I got what I deserved in that case, both outbound and inbound flights were a travesty and they smashed my suitcase just to rub salt in the wounds.

I worked at Lufthansa InTouch here in Canada for two years. The coworkers were all very nice and hard working, but I left to pursue other career opportunities. Unfortunately I was unable to take advantage of the discount on plane tickets because the COVID-19 pandemic hit as I started planning a vacation so I couldn’t purchase it.

I travel on a U.K. passport, but have Portuguese residency (which was checked, at the check-in). I had to re-book with Emirates and when I was asked the same question, the rep apologisingly said `sorry - it´s a Brexit thing´. If you´re travelling on a U.K. passport, get yourself well prepared!

it is disgusting to get cheap labor in Brno, Manila, Istanbul, and places like that.... no wonder thez speak BAD German and worse English.

Nee Sorry, kein Wunder, dass eine Dame am Telefon so schlecht Deutsch konnte. Hab mit ihr für die Flugumbuchung fast 45 Minuten geredet, da sie jedes 2 Wort nachgefragt hat. Und ich dachte, das die Lufthansa sehr seriös wäre und nicht die Arbeitsplätze von Deutschland ins Ausland verlegt!! Beim nächsten Flug Easy Jet !!
