@@ChrisGorges Thank you! For the ASL group practices, how much ASL would I need to know before attending? I just started my studies and I'd like to join as soon as possible, but not so early I can't contribute!
Question. I was told to focus on the shape and silhouette of the hands when receiving fingerspelling to help me understand the word/letters more. S and E have such a similar shape, especially with individuals who have a more fluid and speedy accent when signing, that I still confuse them often. Other than context, how would you suggest overcoming this issue?
S and E don't look a like, S is your hand completely close and your thumb in front (like when you make a fist), E is your four finger leaning on your thumb without touching it!
Where you able to get all of the names in the video?
😂nailed it 😎
@@ChefDisney Nice!

@@RSMorel way to be helpful jerk. Go be rude to someone else. Unless you want to help shut your mouth
@@ln9256 geez mate what is your problem I just explained the difference between the two of them. How was I rude?
When doing m and n, you can keep the fingers straight, right? I remember seeing you do this before, I think.
Yes, either way is fine although the bent fingers tend to be more commonly used
