this video is about 15 miles into my 22 miles today on my elliptical and boy does it help to sing-Don't Stop, can't stop until I reach the Top! It is very motivational for me to keep going, even if Ii have others wanting me to quit.
tonight this was my last song during my workout. I got my personal best of 15 miles in 1 hour even with a muscle injury this kept me going to the end. I was surprised I was able to do so much, but their songs keep me motivated. Woo young's part is very powerful and as I listen to their songs, I can see their strengths come through in their different styles and songs. Now have over 40 songs of theirs in my exercise playlist. Not knowing Korean doesn't make any difference!
