@InsideAgameR imagine just a customer arives but with one of EVERYTHING. There is no penalty if you sort an item too slow but if you sort it wrong the penalty is harsher. They have a backstory in which they cleaned up a local illegal dumping ground(feel free to submit this as a Steam review). If you sort everything correctly and quick enough they become a worker at your center for a small fee and help you with sorting, carrying small items and promoting the shop.
