that lvt encounter in the first match genuinely hurt to watch so much just because spook completely disregarded the option of loading an HE shell

@@ihatehandleupdate as a rule of thumb: if a vehicle has any exposed crew members you can overpressure it with any HE shell (in 99% cases)
It's a 50 mm HE shell, what's that gonna do? Maybe if he shot the back with the exposed MG gunners but from the front that wont do anything.

Fun fact about this tank, back when it was available for sale, I was going to buy it, so I asked on the forums whether it was worth it or not. The next day, or the day after, when I was going to purchase it, it was gone. That is the kind of luck I have in life.

Try using the Daimler, it is fast and the turret has very good traverse and elevation which makes it very funny to shoot down planes that try to strafe you
The Daimler is probably my favorite low tier tank, it's speedy and has great reaction times, only tank I've got more than 20 kills in one match.
I've got about 5 cas kills in it lol and 8 ground kills in it its a fun armoured car when the enemy are brainless

You shoot enemy: direct shot into their barely-angled side at close range, shell dematerializes instantly and does no damage

6:20 the 5cm PzGr and the 7.5cm PzGr have the same amount of filler as they used the same tooling to mill out a space for it in the rear of the shell.
But somehow the 75mm deals way more damage.
Sure it hold more kinetic energy but that isn’t modeled and the shell just explodes like a handgrenade in general.
How long till we finally move to realistic APHE shells…
I care less for realistic APHE and care more for the high pressure shockwaves made when a round penetrates armour, such as in most solid shot and apfsds projectiles. @@kimjanek646

75mm will knock out a T-34 through the turret, the 50mm will only kill one of the crew in the turret.

Spookston can you play the british VFM5? It’s basically an XM8 but in the british tech tree, it’s also a lot of fun after the new BR increases for a lot of tanks.
Spookston's complete and utter dismay after penning a LVT multiple times and failing to kill it is such a relatable experience. We don't call that bastard the "Cruise Ship" for nothing.

The LVT encounter is half of my battles. I had one recently vs a bt5- it would not die despite shooting at it's crew and ammo.

the vehicle didn't have a coax because it was a prototype for a self-propelled anti tank gun (tank destroyer)
hence it's other name being "Pz.Sfl.Ic" ("Panzer Sebstfahrlafette Ic" or "armoured self-propelled carriage 1c"), it was part of the german quest to have an actual production SPG, and not just cobbled together refits of obsolete chassis, part of what they wanted was the all-round capacity of fire, hence the turret

The LVT is something that you shouldn’t underestimate lmao. The paper thin armor means that APHE doesn’t fuse, minimizes spalling, and the huge open space + high crew count and small gun breech make it surprisingly tanky.
You underestimated it. That’s what got you killed. That and not switching to HE.
I love this little rank 2 demon. It's still so fun to face people since hardly anyone uses it anymore.
day 29 : you should try the jagdtiger sometime. it's extremly slow, doesn't have a turret, gets uptiers all the time, and most importantly, you'll have to play with german teams. the very definition of suffering

I managed to get my hands on this and it's quite fun to play.
Also (day 11 asking) you should try the Japanese STA1/2/3/Type 61 (they're all kinda the same), decent mobility, good gun and great sight magnification makes them pretty fun to play.
Spookston not gonna lie. The fucking Do Not is 10/10 and also terrifying that crop and darkness around it
Second time of asking for the M42 Contracero, it's incredibly good (if you have enough ammo. I've killed T-34s and Shermans from the front at close range.

Yeah that pz 38 before the puma is honestly one of the worst tanks in my opinion. Cant pen 80 percent of tanks. Post pen is bad. Armor is none. Speed is meh.

I suggest you to play CA Lorraine, It got decent speed for a casemate TD and a good gun imo, you can definitely feel yourself as a rat when playing it because of its speed.

I love this thing, I've had it since 2014 and always thought of it as a tiny German hellcat. Before the puma, etc it was always (and for me, still is) the light tank I take anywhere due to it's good gun, good mobility and small size.
