Growhealthynaturalhair IJ I’m glad that you love it and I’m sorry to be a Karen but Nutella uses palm oil and to get that they have to cut monkeys trees down and then they don’t have any homes :( I love Nutella too but I use an alternative called Jim jams you can get it off eBay and many more and it uses no palm oil so that no monkeys are harmed☺️

You mentioned about having very painful periods. I used to have them too - I'd have to spend the day in bed and I remember once I was curled up on the floor for 10 minutes in pain. Turns out I had a cyst on my ovary and I may also have a differently shaped uterus to others, so those two things is what caused the pain 3 weeks out of 4. I have to take the contraceptive pill to ease the pain and I have so much more energy now. Used to also have really bad leg pain and chronic fatigue too to the point where I was unable to work, walk up the stairs or walk from the bedroom to the kitchen without feeling fatigued or in pain. I still get leg pain in my right leg but that's it. I feel so much better now. Just thought I'd mention this in case anyone else or you were going through the same/similar thing. Definitely worth going to the doctors about if you think your period pain isn't normal. :)

Khadija then accompanied him to (her cousin) Waraqa bin Naufal bin Asad bin 'Abdul 'Uzza bin Qusai. Waraqa was the son of her paternal uncle, i.e., her father's brother, who during the Pre-Islamic Period became a Christian and used to write the Arabic writing and used to write of the Gospels in Arabic as much as Allah wished him to write. He was an old man and had lost his eyesight. Khadija said to him, "O my cousin! Listen to the story of your nephew." Waraqa asked, "O my nephew! What have you seen?" The Prophet described whatever he had seen.
Waraqa said, "This is the same Namus (i.e., Gabriel, the Angel who keeps the secrets) whom Allah had sent to Moses. I wish I were young and could live up to the time when your people would turn you out." Allah's Apostle asked, "Will they turn me out?" Waraqa replied in the affirmative and said: "Never did a man come with something similar to what you have brought but was treated with hostility. If I should remain alive till the day when you will be turned out then I would support you strongly." *But after a few days Waraqa died and the Divine Inspiration was also paused for a while and the Prophet became so sad as we have heard that he intended several times to throw himself from the tops of high mountains and every time he went up the top of a mountain in order to throw himself down, Gabriel would appear before him and say, "O Muhammad! You are indeed Allah's Apostle in truth" whereupon his heart would become quiet and he would calm down and would return home. And whenever the period of the coming of the inspiration used to become long, he would do as before, but when he used to reach the top of a mountain, Gabriel would appear before him and say to him what he had said before.* (Ibn 'Abbas said regarding the meaning of: 'He it is that Cleaves the daybreak (from the darkness)' (6.96) that Al-Asbah. means the light of the sun during the day and the light of the moon at night). Quoted from the Sahih (authentic) Hadith (traditions) of Bukhari, [2], Volume 9, number 111.

I have endometriosis and it sounds like what you’re experiencing. The only way to know 100% is a laparoscopy. It’s better to find out sooner so something can be done or you might face complications xx

I was over the moon for you watching that, I hope your operation went well and your feeling better, I also have mental periods I've literally been vomiting from how severe the pain is my whole life is on hold first few days of that week, buscupan can help when it's like that, I get the nasuea in the mornings also I can't eat and feel sick until about 11-12ish if I'm up early for stuff too, your well loved Molly and highly blessed, I'll be praying for you, also try the contraceptive implant it can help reduce some of the monthly trauma, it's helped me out but sometimes it's back with avengenve you can't call it but you'll notice a lesser severity, some of us girls just get it that bad unfortunately, but I feel your pain!! Thanks for the awesome vlog see you in the next one! 😘💗💗💗💗

Check in with a women’s health professional or GYN about your hormone levels. That can contribute to uncomfortable mensural cycles. Thyroid check as well. I stopped eating gluten and that helped along with taking supplements and it’s made a wonderful difference. Your period is of course unique to you but I cannot say enough to question why your periods are bad and work with a GYN!!
omg molly i had the WORST period cramps too!! they stopped everything in my day and interrupted my life sm. i was put on the pill and honestly i hardly get them anymore. not saying it works for everyone but wow it’s changed my life literally!!💘💘💘

i'm 12 and when i was 10 i had an operation for something called retro-grade menstruation. it was to do with periods and it was so painful. so you could have that but i really doubt it'll be endometriosis. love you sm. hope you'll get better soon molly
