Just because doctor google says - doesn’t make it true. As a licensed medical professional there are many other factors. There are also other medical issues that can mimic these illnesses. This is why you need a professional dx. You can’t really say you have adhd and autism then can you?
The very definition of “undiagnosed” is you do not know what is wrong and you need to be investigated. Do not assume because only an accurate diagnosis will be able to start your healing journey. If it’s “undiagnosed”, then you’re just guessing.

I'm actually in the midst of grieving right now as my mother unfortunately passed away over the holidays. There is a reason why people call it “Cali sober” when you don’t do any other drugs besides cannabis. Because it’s not harmful. If anything it can be healthy when taken the correct way.
I have religious trauma, and healing has been difficult and tricky. I am not a christian (because of what they did to me) but I search for god and I seek his love and guidance, and I still somewhat resonate with the message of christ (unconditional love, mercy, healing) I really needed this song actually, and the lyrics are reassuring. psalm 46: "be still, and know that I am god." it is my favourite verse from the new testament. I wish all of christianity was like this rock music video. The dogma is such a turn off and the message of love and reassurance is what we all need to be focusing on.
