Yes. Once you've signed up for their distribution service that means you've got to pay the yearly fee if you want them to keep distributing. No big deal if you don't care about all the interaction between fans (likes, comments, playlists saves, etc) you might loose - as you can always move to another service like CD Baby. That's a nag, though.
