    Let's make Ramadan sweeter with delicious kunafa with nuts!
    Ingredients:
    Kunafa
    ● 500 grams of Kunafa (preferably the soft kind).
    ● 250 grams of local ghee.
    ● 1 cup of fine sugar.
    ● 1/2 cup of crushed nuts (pistachios, walnuts, almonds, cashews, or as desired).
    Diameter:
    ● 1 cup of sugar.
    ● 1 cup of water.
    ● 1/2 cup of lemon juice.
    ● 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    How to prepare:
    Preparing the kunafa:
    In a large bowl, put the kunafa and crumble it with our hands.
    Add the ghee to the Kunafa and stir well until completely mixed.
    Add sugar to the kunafa and stir again.
    Assembling the kunafa:
    Grease the oven tray with a little ghee.
    Place half the amount of kunafa in the tray and press it gently.
    Sprinkle the crushed nuts on the kunafa.
    Place the second half of the kunafa on top of the nuts and press gently.
    Kunafa bread:
    Preheat the oven to 180°C.
    Place the kunafa tray in the oven and leave it until it turns golden, about 20-30 minutes.
    We take the kunafa out of the oven and let it cool a little.

    In a saucepan, put sugar and water on medium heat.
