Building a Heart-Coherent Classroom

- Educators across the world share their experiences integrating the HeartMath coherence-building techniques into their classrooms and the benefits they've seen. Classrooms get to choose what they collectively would like to focus their attention on, and then practice the Quick Coherence and Heart-Focused Breathing techniques together, sending their heartfelt care, compassion and kindness toward these issues. It could be the environment, a classmates' sick family member, or an upcoming test. This project gives children the sense and experience that they too can contribute positively to the world around them.

It's really wonderful project!! I am primary school Math teacher from India. I would like to join this project and implement it in my class. I am sure i will get some creative and innovative ways of teaching and learning.
This is very exciting, anything going on with college students. I’m an adjunct teacher at community college teaching stress Management and in the process of creating a once a month mindfulness group.
