One more thing, who really wants to watch these videos? Those who forgot the concepts or those who don't have any idea about this topic. If these people can't understand the video, what is the use of it? Those who already know about solar cells wouldn't watch this because they would rather want to learn advanced concepts, and not the basics anymore. Pls pay attention to the presentation from the audience point of view.
Surabhi Surabhi you are welcome to make your own tutorial and let people enjoy your ability to communicate science. Never forget that this is something done for free, you are welcome to give suggestions, not to complain.
Dear Dr. So and So, I am not sure of your name, but frankly speaking your presentation has lots of problems. You show p-n junction and your representation of +ve and -ve charge is so misleading and confusing, one can never understand what you are showing and what you are speaking. On top of that you have put different colors which literally confuses the audience to any level you want and the outcome is people can't understand, unless they are really good in solar cells. Definitely this is not a presentation for a learner. My goodness, teaching skills are disastrously poor in this presentation slides, especially pictorial representation.
He is Arno Smets, author of Solar energy book and a professor in TU Delft. I believe the accent might be troubling you, otherwise his videos are an addition to the book. The videos and book go together.
your video was very helpful for understanding the operation of PV cells
Ur Videos are Extremely helpful and time saving...Thanks a lot.
You are really phenomenon!
I really appreciate these lessons! thanks a lot
Sir thank you for the nice explanation. Sir I have a doubt about negative current when diode illuminated in forward bias.
1:42 Your diagram showing holes (+ve) in the n-region, and then electrons (-ve) in the p region is quite confusing!
Thx. Helped me a lot.
AMAIZED :-)
