if his install was as intense as mine, we wanna leave the shenanigans out of this one...lol... we can wait for the bushing video to see more of those....
Great job Ron!~ in regards to the proper cluster with "speed sensor"... if your cluster has 4 screws on the bottom right corner in the back of your speedo, you have a speed sensor. if you see just 4 circles in the printed board where "screws could go" you do not have the proper speedometer. As always, you knocked it out with this one! great job, I know this acty is in the family for good...
quick follow up, on my 94 acty, no welding or fab work was needed on column, or firewall. there was a bracket that needed to be removed to bolt up the computer, but in 94, it bolted right in... You my friend had to go the long way, but knocked it out. Great job again! cheers!
@@raycox1971 YES Thanks Ray. That was quite the surprise on mine. Never did I think I would run into that. I guess in 90-93 the EPS just wasn’t on the radar yet to even have the chassis “ready” to accept the kit. Thanks for the comments, your HELP, and the views!
Im getting mixed reviews on the trucks. Some say they CAN register, others say they are denied. Not sure if GA is revoking registration or not. I hope not
i was driving back home from work today and my honda acty van started to lose power. when i got home i notice there was oil inside one of my spark plug hole. the other two seem fine and dry.. i changed the spark plug for a new one, but im still having the same issue. you have any idea whats going on??
Sounds like maybe a leaking valve cover spark plug grommet. If oil gets into the cylinder plug area it will for sure cause shuddering and mis-fire. I have had this issue too. Need to make sure you don’t have a leaking spark plug cylinder grommet.
I'm a 6+ footer and I was kind of cramped in my 1990 ACTY PickUp. I extended the cab 5 inches and raised the steering wheel and inch and a half and now have plenty of room. I took photos and videos of both conversions, but I'm not interested in making a RUclips video. Would you be?
hey ron, quick question, where are you located? i saw another comment saying you can possibly work on our trucks depending on the area we are in, im in Phoenix and looking for someone to work on my truck when needed. thanks in advance for your time and great videos
@@rhd_ron gotcha! Thanks for the reply, I’m looking to get timing belt/pump maintenance so probably not this time! I’ll still Be on the hunt for someone in phoenix if anyone reading has recommendations. Thanks again
WOW WOW WOW! Your persistence to GET-R-DONE is amazing! Great video even though we didn't get to see the "shenanigans" parts.
Thanks BT. The shenanigans are not rated for those under 17. Lol

whoa whoa whoa... just when it couldn't get any better, the industry approved "wheel straightening method" pops in .... did you miss this part? lol...
@@raycox1971 Don't think it's Industry approved, but I've done it many times. Just need to make sure you don't get off on the turn signal clicker. LOL
Best Acty Out!
That means a lot coming from the Acty Hater😝

Lovedddd it!!! 😂❤
Thanks Bro!
Sheeeeeeeeeeesh! Was the juice worth the squeeze?
Alwasy TBD. You know I do stuff just to show I can. And to show those who may be up to the task.
@@rhd_ron amen
that's the juice that keeps on givin..... you either got it, or you don't......lol... yeah, it's worth it.
Great video! Thoughts on AC install for non AC models? I have a 93 ACTY
It is doable but quite the effort. I about bought a kit to put on a nonAC model but never did. I was willing though….lol
Could you do this more easily with a Prius power steering unit instead?
Im not familiar with the Prius setup.🤔
How do you get parts like wheel hubs from parts stores in Japan.
Check out Exporting AllthingZJDM Facebook group. We can get stuff picked up and shipped over through them. Thanks!
Seems like a lot of work and a lot of parts for such a minor inconvenience.
Yep, sometimes I do stuff just to show people or “just cause”. I’m wild like that. 😜
hey man i live in georgia is it legal to drive them on roads if not how could i make it legal
