thank you, this is the opposite of those looooong videos where you get stuck watching a bunch of nonsense to get maybe 1 useful tip but you forget it because you need a nap afterward
THANK YOU FOR SHARING THAT! I really appreciate your videos, your tips and your hacks (even if I often see them only a couple of days after I could have really used them!)
It has now occurred to me that you could round out the handle of the knife and put it directly in a drill. No need for all that extra fabrication. Just a spinning knife in a drill! How could I not think of this before? 😆😆
Highly inspirational! Glad I watched this; will bookmark it. The glueless wedged wood joint reminds me of what old woodworkers used to say when I was a kid. They didn't like nails and it was the era before PVA glue. Their work was finer than this, but I could never quite figure out how they did it and probably still don't have the necessary fine motor control. That wedging looks easy. I think the nearest thing they did was to use dowels which may perhaps be just as easy. Ha! The tool I clicked for is the one thing in the whole video I wouldn't have a use for. :) Phone stand out of zip ties! I just... the one thing I've always needed... and commercial products are never any good... Why didn't I think of this?
13/26 OMG don't do that, please... You will destroy your cables like this. 15/26 Concept is good, but the paper clips are visibly not enough to hold. A better clamping mechanism would do the trick. A square would also make more sense rather than a ruler.
its so funny because I worked as a fishmonger for so long and you can literally just use a knife against the natural direction of the scales and it works just as well haha
Like I mean or what I'm trying to say or ask is... Do you post these when you do just to have me thinking to myself oh well I could have really use that or I wish I'd known that before I had or my would have been a lot better to do it like that or... well you get the idea... And even though your videos are often causing me to smack my head saying "DOUGH! I WISH I'D KNOWN THAT BEFORE" I still really appreciate them none the less!
Aos quais Deus quis fazer conhecer quais são as riquezas da glória deste mistério entre os gentios, que é Cristo em vós, esperança da glória. COLOSSENSES 1:27 👏
These are just common physics knowledge. Fulcrum and weakest link stuff. Anyone doing construction OUGHT to know these kinds of solutions. How to make something structurally sound, getting things measured and aligned correctly, etc. 1:24 fulcrum. If you just understand that concept, you can do so much w/o even knowing the specifics beforehand. I use it all the time in the kitchen. Opening cans that have the tab. I bend the tab up, stick a pen into the hole and two fingers below the pen, pull BACK towards myself on the pen and it opens with such little force that a 2 year old could do it. But nice vid anyway. People who haven't thought along these lines can make their lives easier. I don't bother with trying to open bags and bottles and kitchen stuff with my hands as much anymore. Easier ways. Rubber mat for opening, exacto knife for all plastic bags and cardboard boxes, etc.
How could I not have thought of this before? It would have saved me pain and a visit to the doctor. How can you hold small and smaller things in your hand and not clamp them in a vice? Be more careful, safety first!
OH COME ON 😢 THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME IT HAPPENS AND THAT'S WHY I'M UPSET! LIKE DO YOU HAVE TO POST THIS TWO DAYS AFTER I BOUGHT A CONTOUR GAUGE (THAT I WILL ONLY EVER USE ONCE!) THE CONTOUR GAUGE I HAD TO WAIT 10 DAYS FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED BECAUSE MY HARDWARE STORE DIDN'T CARRY THEM AND DIDN'T HAVE ANY IN STOCK AND DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT WHEN I ASKED FOR A CONTOUR GAUGE AND HAD TO TRY AND DESCRIBE THEM AND THEY JUST DIDN'T GET AND I DIDN'T KNOW THAT THEY WERE CALLED THE CONTOUR GAUGE IT'S WAS TRYING TO DESCRIBE THAT THINGAMAJIG WITH LITTLE THINGS IN IT THAT GET PUSHED IN AND OUT TO MIRROR THE SHAPE OF THE MOLDING I WANT TO CUT AROUND... FOR A ONE-TIME TOOL THAT TOOK 10 DAYS TO GET AND SO MUCH AGGRAVATION THE SPAGHETTI HACK WILL WORK JUST JUST FINE IT WOULD HAVE DONE THE JOB JUST PERFECTLY WELL I WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO CUT THE PIECE JUST FINE AND IT JUST SO HAPPENS I HAVE LOTS OF SPAGHETTI IN THE HOUSE BUT NO NO NO NO YOU COULDN'T SHOW ME THIS HAT BEFORE I WENT THROUGH ALL THAT NIGHTMARE EH! LIKE I SAID I'M SURE YOU DO IT ON PURPOSE BECAUSE THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME ONE OF YOUR TIPS OR HACKS WOULD HAVE BEEN REALLY USEFUL TO ME HAD I JUST SEEN IT BEFORE I FUMBLED AND FIDDLED WITH SOMETHING THAT COULD HAVE BEEN SO MUCH BETTER HAD I SEEN YOUR VIDEO FIRST!!!
Why is it that I see your videos -- your tips and your hacks - often within a day or two when they could have really been apt -- timely and useful BUT MY TERRIBLE SENSE OF TIMING PREVENTS ME FROM SEEING THEM WHEN I REALLY NEEDED THEM OR COULD HAVE USED THEM -- SO I'M OFFERING THINKING TO MYSELF AFTER WATCHING YOUR VIDEOS WELL THAT COULD HAVE COME IN HANDY OR THAT COULD HAVE BEEN REALLY USEFUL OR I WISH I WOULD HAVE DONE IT THAT WAY!!!

Some of these I have no idea what you are accomplishing but some are very good.
A good ratio of useful tips VS clickbait.
Thank you.
Congratulations on inventing the world's messiest fish scaler.

Several creative, novel and useful ideas. Thanks for the video.
Really good tips...some of the best compared with other channels of this nature. Good job!
The poor fish is bleeding, 🤣🤣🤣
Top tip: A knife takes scales off a fish
But what if you do not have a knife, but only beer and a drill ? Go hungry ?
It has now occurred to me that you could round out the handle of the knife and put it directly in a drill. No need for all that extra fabrication. Just a spinning knife in a drill! How could I not think of this before? 😆😆
We all have things that we found on our own.
