Hello Jona, many thanks for the video. I am trying to decide that I should buy the Amaran 100 or 200. I am going to shoot videos in my apartment which having quite bad light. Is it possible to have good light for full / whole body shooting with Amaran 100 or would Amaran 200 provide better light for me ? Can you comment on that ? Thank you. My camera's max aperture is 2.8
Hey 👋 I don't often shoot full body with these types of lights, so can't say for sure. I do often have the 100 at a very low power, but I shoot a lot with 1.4-1.8. I would say: if your budget is not to troubled by it, go for the 200. Then you will for sure be set 👍

I'm not easily impressed with most videos, but your attention to detail is noticeable. Something a lot of content creators take for granted. As for the 100x, the effects were not all entirely convincing, but it is an interesting addition overall. At $300 its still expensive for me, but as video light go its definitely one I would seriously consider buying. Maybe on the next one we can show the actual light as its set up. Otherwise, well done.

So the comment motivates 💪🏻 If you don’t need the bicolor function check out the aputure 100d, I think it’s almost 100$ cheaper. I also have the godox sl60w, but I think getting the 100d for the extra money is really worth it (brighter, more quiet, and better engineering of the screws)
I personally only own the 100x but I think you can’t go wrong with either one of those. 100d will give slightly more output and is a little cheaper vs the 100x has the advantage of the colour temperature
