We have used the Alpha JX for about 3 years. When shopping I definitely was looking for a sittable lid because I didn't want to tell guests not to sit on it, and I was afraid I might forget as well. We have been really pleased with the features, especially the heated seat and the many options for cleansing. The drying function is pretty useless, though, since it would take quite a while for the air alone to dry one completely. I use the easy wash nearly all the time.
I have a heated toilet seat (Brondel) with a blue night light. I initially thought that was a great addition, but at night I find it way too bright and it glares in my eyes. I haven't used it since that first time it was used at night. I have a Toto C5 on order and the only thing I don't like is that you can't sit on the lid. I guess it is a give and take when choosing which bidet you want. Sitting on the lid is a small thing, I may get a chair in the washroom.

I am wondering, why don't soeone mention that these back-to-front jet bidet, splash (or not?) water mingled with poop towards the urethra?
