Well, aside from the obvious killer visual, JUST FREAKING LOOK AT THAT, the way his shoulders rolled at 1:27 and the way his expression melded so well with his perfectly executed moves at 1:34 ! this is true in part, considering SM have Taemin, Jongin, Yixing, Ten, Jisung, Taeyong etc. (I could keep naming people but there's literally no point where it's like "right okay that's all the great dancers under SM because i swear literally everyone's amazing it's rude) but JYP have a far better company support system and treat their artists very well, and allow their groups to do more with fans etc.
This being said, I honestly and wholeheartedly believe Stray Kids are the best group in JYP history- not only with their music, but with their performance and all-rounded talent. I would say that Stray Kids' rap line tops any rap from SM, and Stray Kids' talent extending to behind the scenes with production and composition is unique for anyone, especially a group that's so young.
I think the biggest thing with dancing ability and vocal skill etc. has to do with the kind of training SM imposes on their idols and the massive training period of their trainees. Everyone knows they aren't exactly the most humane...
The best thing for me about JYP groups though is how genuine the connections are between the group members and between the groups and their fans. SM, though most idols do have a very close relationship, I believe tend to handle their groups in a more business-like way, where JYP are a lot warmer. In saying that though, I KNOW there are exceptions, and that this certainly doesn't apply to every group and every relationship in these companies.
I agree they may not have a complicated choreography but they make this simple choreo look really badass bc of their stage presence you can notice their passion
