27 inch 4k in correct monitor to use. Changed from 32 inch to 27 inch and 27 inch is just the perfect size for gaming. On the 4K to 1080p issue here, after playing 4k you just can't go back to 1080p, just saying the truth.

the LG 32GS95UE suits certain ppl. the FHD 480hz on the LG suits me well. i do work and video content on 4k and when i play cs2, i swap to FHD 480hz. and CS2 on a 1080P 32inch is decent. All you need to do is up the anti aliasing settings and it will look clear and not blur at all. I can play well on that. totally no issue. But of course FHD in desktop, yes its ugly due to it being blur. But i will just flick back to 4k when i am in desktop and change to FHD 480hz when i am in cs2.
Thank you so much for being one of few reviewers that state if a screen is glossy or matte. I just can't use matte screens at all. Wish manufacturers would give us more choices.
So what have you been using for the last decade and a half given the vast majority of pc monitors all have matte coatings? Glossy coatings are relatively new thing on pc monitors and still outside of qd oleds very rare. The difference between a good matte coating and glossy is really splitting hairs anyhow.
Si if it have eARC HDMI port it means i can use it with my XBOX Series S and plug the XBOX in one of the 2 ports and connect a soundbar to the eARC HDMI port and get sound? And do the monitor support resolution change? Like 1440p for xbox

Looks pretty cool. I actually just brought the AW3423DWF which got delivered today which I’ll be setting up Saturday alongside my new pc. Got the AW3423DWF for £699 which is £180 off RP so thought it was a great deal (at least hope so!). Just to add - I’m coming from gaming on a ps5 on a 55” TV so wanted a larger monitor (not interested in a dual setup) which was curved (and predominantly for gaming and occasional viewing) & this seemed a great choice especially with all the reviews I have seen across RUclips and reviewer websites.
CRINGE You didn't read the instructions! You put the stand together first and then attach it to the monitor, then you can just lift the whole thing out of the box like that
It is not possible to have 1440p on a 4K panel without adding latency and losing fidelity, as 3840×2160 px is not divisible by 2560×1440 (i.e., it canʼt be integer scaled). Proper support for both 4K and 1440p on the same fixed raster display would require an 8K panel. I donʼt think these even exist at this size yet.
@ No I'm saying any OLED is at risk of burn-in compared to LCD, it's a trade off I'm not a fan of. It's fine if you only use it for gaming or media consumption, and then turn it off. But productivity use it's not advisable.
It’s not for no reason tho we don’t have ports with high enough data transfer rates. The closest thing being the newest display port2.1 (which no consumer gpu has at the moment) but even then doesn’t have enough transfer speed still to do integer scaling fully. It’s a hardware limitation thing.
