Love your videos Eric! I'm a fairly new nascar fan from Norway, but closing in on my second full season of watching nascar. I have to say that the paintscheme of the 17 car might be my overall favorite so far. Oh, and it was an amazing race, I was at the edge of my seat during the final stage.
The same thing happened to me the only race I ever went to at Bristol a few years ago. Got to see 27 laps before it rained out listened to it on the radio in the 9 hour drive home the next day
Ah man! It looks like such a blast from your perspective! I was there but the person I was with was a nightmare and ruined the whole experience for me:( but I still made the most of it and had a blast and would happily do it again! Just loved being somewhere so exciting and fun! :)
It was great meeting you and chatting for a minute on Sunday. I saw myself for a split second on this vid, which makes it even more cool. Keep up the great work keeping us all informed and up to date on everything NASCAR!
One more thing sorry my school class that was in robotics took a field trip here with some other school and I was able to walk through the garage, watch the trucks practice, and talk to people I haven’t talked to in a few years
Talladega is a fantastic experience. I'm glad some of the younger fans got to see that black #3 running laps at Talladega. I've been to Dega several times since '95. Sitting right in front of the bad wreck Earnhardt had there in '96 was kind of scary. But the best time I ever had was when I won hot passes (not sure that's what they were called back then but maybe they were) back in 2005 from work. It's been difficult to go back ever since. It kind of spoils you, especially with the track side parking that came with it. lol
Hey love these NASCAR race vlogs a lot and this is why i have never been to a NASCAR race before. What I mean is I would like to go to one sometime in the near future.
This video came up on my feed and I thought u looked familiar, and then I realized u are the kid with the Afro I watched stop motion of in 2013, now look where u are now, glad for your success man
I WAS THERE, the only time we were anywhere close to each other, was Dale Jarrett thing, and I was literally to the further right of where the camera was pointing! I got Dale's, Alex's, and Richard Childress's autograph from there! Also, I'm not for sure, but I'm pretty sure at 22:13, towards the background, the guy with the giant yellow 48 on his back, I'm pretty sure THAT'S ME! I remember that I'm not only the few to have worn that shirt of JJ's, but was pretty much the few only ones to not have a jacket or hoodie... and I stood in a tram line for at least an hour and a half, rode a tram, all the way to the front of O.V. Hill South tower, and walked all the way to my camp of C&C campground all in freezing rain, with no jacket or hoodie, I was so cold that my body was starting to limit blood flow to my arms and legs lol.
This was awesome! You can't get this content on MSM. I lol after hearing the yellow line talk in the driver's meeting, especially in light of Dale Jr's comments on the topic this week.
That was the 50 year aero warrior reunion, that’s why all those winged cars were there and there was a car show Friday and Saturday at the Welborn muscle car museum, we had Bobby Allison and Donnie Allison and more older nascar drivers. Do some research Eric! It was very cool, it was put on by Eric Perrine and Tim Welborn.
Great video I had blast I camped all weekend and did the garage experience it was good till the rain came but was great race. U need to do another dega again do the big on the blvd.
129 was leaving my sister's gymnastics class,CNN was taking pictures of a car that's Richard Petty drove and they allowed me to touch the roll bar which to me, is pretty cool
Loving your footage man. What's the tube running from the .. idk what they're called.. the black tube between the things going into the driver side window, for the cars on pit road??
i haven't been to talladega in years. the last time i went to talladega was when i was a kid. i kinda stop going to talladega when my dad worked there.
Were you in the RUclipsr group bc i saw Talia and Adam from the It's A Southern Thing YT channel right with you in the hauler tour @9:52 and back at @9:09
This had happened to me when i was out there yesterday for the race but i didn't went back today i just went back home yesterday afternoon because of the weather
I've been to Michigan, and Richmond , thinking of taking my 66 year old dad to talladega , would be a 11.5 hour drive do you think its worth it? we always tent camp at the track and love the concerts michigan has for down time how does dega compare ? and view from seats can you even see the cars on back stretch? also big fan i'm going to SRX at sharon so just watched your srx review.
I'm doing my first ever garage experience and it's at Dega. How many hours before the race should I plan on showing up? Would I be able to have at least somewhat of driver access post race?
That Jimmie Johnson segment was awesome of him.
0:01
Those would be good seats for a rollover into the fence
They would maybe get to see brenden gaughans flip
Lol
0:01, is kind of like how at Phoenix you can watch from the hills.
Had such a blast traveling there from NJ and to see Earnhardt’s car! Sucks I wasn’t able to stay till Monday.

That is a cool story, I am glad you are enjoying the new sport in your life. I have been a hugebfan since I can remember.
I feel bad that you couldn't stay for the race on Monday.
The same thing happened to me the only race I ever went to at Bristol a few years ago. Got to see 27 laps before it rained out listened to it on the radio in the 9 hour drive home the next day

Also seeing dale’s car on the track after a long time was honestly really cool
One more thing sorry my school class that was in robotics took a field trip here with some other school and I was able to walk through the garage, watch the trucks practice, and talk to people I haven’t talked to in a few years

Dale's car looks beautiful
I wish I could take it for a drive
What In Carnation? RC should’ve left the scuff on the right side! That was the best thing about the car!
This video came up on my feed and I thought u looked familiar, and then I realized u are the kid with the Afro I watched stop motion of in 2013, now look where u are now, glad for your success man
