Received my 4 trimmer rack, 2 hand tool racks, a blower rack, and a spool rack today (waiting on the 3 gas can racks) holy cow that was a chore! LOL but super worth AND if people dont know I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Brians promo code it saved me almost $100 total no joke! I'm also in an enclosed trailer. thanks again for your videos man learned a lot from you along the way.
Hey Brian! Picked up the Sure Cans before the winter season and I Love em, using the old cans to recycle oil now and Thanks for the discount!! Be well, Sonny
Cool video as always Brian. I use a 28 gal gas caddy for my regular gas and a 16 gal one for my 2 cycle mix. Both units have 2 wheels, 6 foot hose and a hand crank pump. I got them both from Northern Tool ,12-15 years ago. They cost $130 for the larger one and $110 for the other. They work awesome for me! It use to be a pain in the ass using seven 5 gal cans and transporting them. I use a small, 2.5 gal can for my hand held 2 cycle machines now and fill up everything outside my trailer.
Milwaukee makes great tool organizers I use them and they work really good the ones that you did a review on in the past, yesterday I bought another enclosed trailer so am going to use the links and get some more equipment defender racks and support you too!
Pretty cool design, I would probably upgrade next time I need gas can .Hey ,you should get a small tool box with drawers and upright labeled socket holders.
Brian I know the perfect set of sockets you need. Stanley tools sells a red colored set of sockets and wrenches haha . They are sold at Canadian tire up here but I'm sure you could find them down there.Goes with your red theme. Keep up the good content. Right now your my favorite RUclipsr in this genre. Great job.
I had to modify mine for the small surecan. My wall supports are 16 inch spacing. So I used the bracket from the blower holder. I drilled to match the holes on the bottom and then through it.
Just ordered a crap ton from them, 4 position trimmer rack, 2 blower racks, backpack sprayer rack and a couple other things but one thing I might seriously consider are these gas can holders. I like things nice and neat so everything has its place in the trailer but our fuel cans just sit at the back of the trailer bounce around, get hit with the deck of the 60" rider and its even very easy pickings which happen before. One thing Id like to see is our spill proof cans expand a lot in our trailer and wonder how that would react when there's little to no room for expansion.
Fornsure man. Congrats on the upgrades. Organization and getting things for the floor was a game changer.. both for space and my mental sanity lol. Brians10 saves 10% still on orders 💪
Hey Brian, great video. My brother works a lot on cars and hes told me that husky tool set from Home Depot are a great investment. So that's what i would recommend, if you are not gonna used it that much then I think harbor freight will do.
At Sears they have a small toolbox that has sockets and wrenches in it. It red and black and has draws on it so your tools don’t get all messed up. I have one and absolutely love it! Not sure on the price though
Great video Brian. Hope all is well. I was told that you can use the gas rack to secure hand held blower stihl bg 86 since equipment defender doesn't have a hand held blower rack. Can you please do video showing if you can or can not secure a hand held blower using the equipment defender gas rack? Please let me know if you can make a video. Thanks for your help and God bless.
Would it make sense or would it be tacky to get equipment defender fuel can racks vs green touch? Because they're half the price of the new v3's, but all of my other racks are not equipment defender. Not biased by any means but whats are your thought on it? Thanks.
Get the craftsman or kobalt tool set that has the sliding drawers for all your sockets and a flip up lid ontop for your wrenches. They are easy to carry in your trailer and have a ton of pieces in them. m.lowes.com/pd/Kobalt-227-Piece-Standard-SAE-and-Metric-Mechanic-s-Tool-Set-with-Hard-Case/50200795?cm_mmc=SCE_PLA-_-ToolsAndHardware-_-MechanicsTools-_-50200795:Kobalt&CAWELAID=&kpid=50200795&CAGPSPN=pla&store_code=1646&k_clickID=7bf18b97-e232-4ec1-98de-ab732a3adebe&gclid=EAIaIQobChMImY6i1ajQ2QIVgiSBCh12pQkcEAQYASABEgJbgvD_BwE I have this one www.searshometownstores.com/product/Craftsman-99040-450Piece-Mechanics-Tool-Set?preview=3635
I’ve got no skin in the game on that discussion lol, but I like my SureCans, that’s just what works for me. Plus I like the SureCan people, super nice. Let me know what you pick up buddy!
Hey Brian, question My brother and I will be hiring 2 guys to help us with our Maintenance route and landscaping jobs. We want to type up some sort of job guidelines when it comes to being on time and behavior and such is there anything else you suggest ??
Brian, why not install the gas cans on the door? swing the door open at the gas station, you can fill the jugs without getting in the trailer, while at the job, can access the jugs without getting in the trailer. just sayin".
on my race car trailer door I have a 10 lb fire extinguisher and one of these monster aluminum boxes, holds about 20 quarts of oil, a funnel, 2 rolls of paper towels, and a flip down desk. it has been there for years (maybe 75k miles). not a single issue. when the door is shut the weight of the door is on the little plastic wedge inside the door frame not the hinge. similar to this but larger . facebook.com/metalproductsinc/photos/pcb.2225695847660635/2225695814327305/?type=3&theater the fire ext must be 20 lbs, 20 quarts of oil 50 lbs. plus the box itself.
These racks are now $75 ($95CAD) and $90 ($115CAD) plus shipping respectively. For basically steel brackets. Like my new $28K (CAD) trailer for an aluminum box on a steel frame with some wood and rubber tires, prices have gone out of control it seems.
@@BriansLawnMaintenance would you say the same thing about the price delta between your existing truck and new truck on order? Point is, there is no tangible excuse behind why prices have increased AS much as they have over the last couple of years. Some, ok, but not all of it. It’s all gouging and trickles down thru the suppliers to vendors to us.
MEADE LAWN CARE SUPERMAN The foam it came with broke apart in no time. Then I cut out cardboard but it broke down over time too. Not a very good seal on the case. Oh well

Hey Brian! going back to your light bar...do you know if there is a way to hard wire it into the truck on a aux switch? thanks!
I don’t really know to be honest, since it has the controller and multiple flashing settings.

ED Racks are simply better built and better quality.
You should try the 200 or 300 piece craftsman

Should I upgrade my cheap gas cans to surecan' s?? Great video
AndysLawnCare andOutdoorAdventures if you have a few extra bucks sure why not pal. I do like my SureCans!
I was looking at no spills vs sure can. I want them. Menards sells then in my area for around 40 dollars with a mail in rebate

There are gas caddy’s out there, so I’m curious why I see a lot of lawn care trailers that has several small gas cans?
We don’t run one that’s all
Harbor freight pittsburgh 301 piece tool set its pretty good for what you pay for

Nah probably too weak of a door setup to do that. Weak hinges.

I liked your old avatar better brother. The new one is hard to read.
Big Truck Big RV More going on with it on the text for sure but it’s definitely more recognizable I feel

That’s a steal. Have you tried to fabricate your own? Good luck!

Use the force! Decide you must.
For sure! lol

hey guys im new here how do i install my racks in my enclosed trailer what tools do i need???? i have trimmer racks, back pack blower racks, gas can racks etc. i have all the hardware but im lost on what tools i need to mount on my trailer walls with out going through the outside of trailer!!!!1
Just a socket set and a drill bud. Drill into the metal framing, not the actual walls. Just look where you’re drilling into. 👊
@@BriansLawnMaintenancecan you send me photos of what tools
i need
so drill a hole into metal stud and then put the screws in????
For all those who think plastic cans are legal to use for work related purposes wrong osha requires metal vented cans .
No, they don’t. And in fact venting cans are illegal. Get your facts straight please.
The price has gone up on the racks
Well this video is 2 years old, I’d imagine everything has gone up in price since then.
That seem to be a lot of stress on the wall.
I may move them around, but I am running out of space, ha.
www.craftsman.com/products/craftsman-450-piece-mts-set?taxon_id=1824. Here is the one I keep in my truck.
Get craftsman all the sockets lock into the plastic and don’t move around
