I will be watching this several more times to be sure I didn't miss anything. It was an excellent presentation, with perfect pacing, great examples, and such a pleasant voice taking us through the program. This is one of the best instructional videos I've seen. Thank you for presenting it.

I thought I had a pretty good idea of how to use Family Search, but I definitely learned some new things. I'm especially grateful l to learn about the wild card search option with the astrix. Thank you Robert.
Big fan of this video as a teaching tool. I learn something new, and am excited to share.

@@robertkehrer Man! this tool is powerful, I didn't realize we had so much available to our time and fingers!
I have learned so many things on this demo on how to search your ancestors record to improve your family tree :hinting and searching specifically those beginners
I'd like to learn more about wild card searching in Familysearch.org. I have encountered transcription errors in familysearch but unlike ancestry I don't see how you can submit a correction or alternate indexing for errors that are encountered.
In researching census records I am finding multiple family members on the same census but I can not print the whole census page at one time. Is there a way to do this??? Also, I would like to know what the letters " yt" in an old probate record means? What does "yt" mean in a document???? Thanks. I have been using Family Search for years and it is my favorite site to use.
Eye-opening! I'm not a beginner but I also never took the time or effort to really explore all the specifics of the program. NOW I feel like I can really begin! Are you Pat Kehrer's son? We were good friends when they lived in NC.
Yes, that is me

I'm not new at all to Family Search but this new search and advanced search function is not user friendly. I need to know how to work this new way of searching on Family Search.
I disagree! I'm not great with the computer, but I found it to be very user friendly once you jump in and start practicing. Give it a chance!
Watch it when I can see y
Excellent. Thank you.
