Youngjoysinner it’s not fresh meat and also it is beef not chicken, beef doesn’t have bacteria as bad as chicken so tbh I think it would be fine (haven’t watched all the video yet)
There may be a lot of thermophilic Microorganisms organisms in that Can which produce toxin even less that 10mg of it can kill a person when consumed
If someone were to eat a can of soup that was 80 years old they would get botulism

As long as the integrity remains undamaged and the can's internal coating is unaffected by aging, the content usually remains consumable years after their printed use-by date. I've tried army rations many decades out of date and a few cans of surplus 'food-mountain' stewed steak, back in my homeless days. You'd be surprised, shocked even at what some people are willing to eat when desperate and hungry enough.

After the expiration date you can eat it no problem in 3 to 5 years but you have to make sure the can is not damaged.if not it should be good but if there is doubt (for a 30 years old can for example xD) you have to check if it is edible

All the comments about bacteria and mold are laughable. My great grandma taught me a good rule of thumb about canned food: If the can has bacteria growing inside it will swell up from the pressure due to gasses being released from the growth of bacteria.
That IS really good way of knowing something in a can has gone bad.. But, even the can is not bulging the food could be bad.
If you open it and it smells bad it's probably a good idea to ditch it too.or if it has visible mold obviously it's bad

I don’t want to sound like a nerd but at some point in the recent past food canners lined cans with a plastic substance designed to preserve the food inside. Not long ago there was concern about the plastic liner seeping into the food, and now, some companies no longer use this liner. On a side note, I heard that 2 nineteenth century famous artist painters left cans of heavily salted meats at their studio only to be uncovered recently. Upon being opened, the cans of meat were still ‘good’, although rather stale. When it comes to food, it’s usually better to be safe rather than sorry. So, at least, lightly smell it first.

I think it was still okay to eat. You can tell by looking at the can. If it's not swollen or puffy, it's usually fine to eat. Tbh, it looked like a normal can of Campbell's vegetable beef soup.
