Mr. Mossman is the sort of spook that makes a haunted house special. I love seeing people who are passionate about the art of giving people a chillingly good time
What an incredible haunt. Thanks to the owner who allowed this to be shown. It doesn’t avert people from paying to attend; it makes people from other parts of the world want to visit Salt Lake to see this amazing attraction.
Exactly. If someone was going they wouldn't watch this unless they were scared and trying to calm their nerves or were from far away and considering going.
I’m a former actor at Fear Factory and it’s awesome seeing it progress and seeing all the zones and areas and Ana matron is come to life, I miss acting so much
I bet the fire procedures are strict, that one building was nothing but painted foam and adhesive. Look at that RUclips vid of a Chinese worker joking around with a lighter at a foam factory, the place goes up in like 3 seconds
I’m only 12 minutes into this, but Mr Mossman combing his hair with that hand broom … LOL Thank you for putting this tour out! With all the stairs, I’d never be able to actually do this ❤️
I am a 70 y o lady that loves this channel. This was my most favorite Grimmlifecollective reviews of a haunt. I am so easy to startle, that I could never see a place like this. I too love seeing the layouts, the artwork, costumes and intricate working that was shown here. A wonderful build. The fact that they are using recycled goods is an admirable thing. So thank you Jessica and Michael for allowing me to enter a place that I could never traverse personally. Your homework on historical trips are so informative. Your kindness and respectful consideration of everything and everyone is a breath of fresh air. I will remain a forever fan. Continued success to you both. 🎃🤡⚡️🧙♀️🧟🦇🦇🦇🕷🕷🕸
Mr. Mossman was such a treat. So loveavle and unsettling at the same time. It was like watching you interact with a character from a real horror movie. Great talent! Excited for all the upcoming videos this Halloween. Last year was a blast, no one does it like the Grimm life collective
I'm a Utah resident, and fear factory is something we're very proud of. Not only is it a massive and intricate haunted attraction, but it's also the only haunted, haunted house in the nation. Glade you guys enjoyed it.
As a scare actor myself I truly love seeing videos like these. It's intriguing to see how other haunts run/plan their mazes, props to Mr.Mossman for giving such an amazing tour!
This haunt is terrifyingly beautiful. Everyone involved did an excellent job, and should be incredibly proud of themselves. Also, seeing Jessica have so much fun was heart warming. 🖤🖤🖤
Have fun on your spooky adventures, for those of us who can't have the privilege of visiting these cool places! Safe and fun travels my ghoulish friends! 😊🥰👻🧟♀️🧙♀️🦹♀️🧛♀️
I just had to say, I've been watching this channel for a long time and it always makes me smile how much you appreciate the sites you visit, whether it be grim, spooky, happy, or sad. It is always a joy to watch you two explore something new
😊to be fair, we do kind of start from birth❤😂. My kids were watching horror movies with me in preschool ( obviously fake gore no adult content.) but we ALSO watched behind the scenes stuff and like Rick Baker monster makeup/ FX stuff. As I did with my own dad
Alright I’ll admit! I’m a scare actor myself and I thought the sets and rooms were amazing at the haunt I work at, and I’ve visited many Halloween attractions during my life time, but this one! THIS ONE IS THE BEST I’VE SEEN SO FAR!!! Like I’ve always wanted to visit the ultimate Halloween attraction it’s always been a dream of mine (or nightmares lol) to visit one, and this is it!! Great job guys!
This place is just massive. So many different themed rooms. My favorite room has to be the one with the shifting almost breathing walls. It’s disorienting and the engineering is very impressive.
That shifting wall section was so unsettling and awesome, and the caretaker was so good too the way he would just hum little songs in between was good acting
As a previous scare actor I LOVE your videos. I want to go to all these places now. And Mr.Mossman seems like the perfect guy for the job. Not only is he a great actor, I love that he jokes with you, tells you about the haunt and gives you bits of history about the plant. I totally want to go here
That would be brilliant to go and see. Mr Mossman is such a great character. I'd love to just get the tour with him. He'd make it like the lovable Beetlejuce but you still know he's capable of scaring the life out of you. lol
Just wow! I’m sorry but Universal Studios has nothing on this, and universal has everything at their disposal and Fear Factory Haunted house SLC blows every haunted house away imo! These guys are amazing and thank you Michael and Jessica!!!
I was born and raised in Utah and drove by this factory many times not knowing it would become the fear factory. Hands down this tour was unbelievable! This place deserves an award! Absolutely brilliant and thanks you two for taking us in!!!!👍💜👍💜👍💜👍💜👍👍👍👍‼️‼️
Wow. I ran a haunted house in Long Beach for 20 years and I would have LOVED to have Mossman involved. Absolutely great in his role and understanding of scare spots!!!
Holy crap I am literally drooling over this place. That has to be the most immersive original haunt I have ever seen. Thank you Michael and Jessica for sharing this with the haunt world. Happy Halloween 🎃
The tunnel with the collapsing/expanding walls and ceiling was truly unique. Coupled with all the stairs, I bet it would be very disorienting in the dark.
Dude!!! You guys are KILLING IT with all this Halloween content! I absolutely LOVE IT! As a true hardcore horror fan and a huge fan of your channel, NOBODY is bringing Halloween to life like you guys! Keep up the killer work guys! LOVE IT!!! 🤘🎃💀👻
This absolutely shattered anything I could of ever even imagine for a haunted house to be. This is what happens when extreme passion meets extreme talent and creativity. Some places might be worth a hour or two drive for but this place is literally worth buying a plane ticket for the chance to experience this masterpiece. WOW!
I'm constantly growing my Haunt bucket list, and I think Fear Factory just earned it's spot on it. This place is absolutely insane! Thank you for sharing your experience with us! 🎃
Dope! I used to work at a coffee shop in Salt Lake that Spencer used to drop by all the time, since it was right down the street from Fear Factory. He’s a cool dude.
We stopped off at this place after a weekend of racing in Utah. We were shocked on how well and fun this place was. Great haunted house and worth the stop 💀
Mr. Mossman talking about getting the most use out of the actors reminds me of the 1st year I worked at a haunt. I was in an area (part of a trail in the woods) with 1 other guy. I would be leaning/laying over a metal barrel, not moving. People would come through, focused on me, when the guy I worked with would rush out of the woods and tell the people to "wait. Hold on." And pick up a fake snake that he had kept in water. Now, the line of people is so freaked out by him that once they got to me, I'd pop up, scream and hit the side of that barrel with a fake bone. And the people scream and run away. Good times.
These lights on tours of crazy haunts like this are so fantastic to see. When you’re a patron going through, you really don’t get to see all the artistry and detail.
WOW what a trip, this is by far my favorite video that michael and jessica have put out to date. this place is the coolest scariest place i have ever seen. all of that effort and work put into making this possible, my head i mean hat goes off to these folks. from a scale from one to 10, this place gets a 100. thank you 2 for bringing this fantastik place to all of us. STAY SPOOKY, AND HAPPY HALLOWEEN.

I’m so glad Jessica got emotional at the part where it looked like a movie set because the minute the camera panned around the corner to unveil it, I got goosebumps and teared up. Lol. I felt like an idiot until she voiced her feelings. It’s so hauntingly beautiful. This place is amazing. And as usual, it was so fun having this adventure with you. 🖤
I know I'm a few months late but this randomly popped up and Mr.Mossman is a gem. He is definitely what makes that haunt special. His laugh is awesome . I would love to go there..this place is HUGE
This is so epic! We have a distinct lack of decent haunted houses in New Zealand (at least where I live!) so seeing this kind of thing is super cool. The work these guys and gals have done to create this incredible haunt is next level. Mr Mossman is the best!

This was one of the BEST videos that you guys have ever put together. This was incredible. Jessica stole the show with her laughter and the teary eyed moments. Beautiful job guys! Also, Michael, great close up/run up shot of Jessica and the host in Dracula’s stone room. That was so smooth.
That guy was amazing! I was a scareactor for many years in several haunts across the Midwest growing up and I’ve never seen an actor that does their character as well as that especially when it’s outside of their normal haunt times and all impromptu. 👏🏻
I love this series of videos. Mr. Mossman was just the right enjoyable touch to the tour. . Adding this place to my Got to visit list. Can't wait to see all the haunts!

The Fear Factor Haunted House - Rare Light On Tour video from Michael and Jessica is the best video ever from the Grimm Life Collective and ever part of the Fear Factor Tour is awesome.
absolutely speechless.... this was so amazing. I don't think there's enough words in the dictionary to describe how great this place looks. They really created something very special that people will remember for the rest of their lives. Thank you for taking us with you!
Every room looks like a movie set. I never comment on videos and I’m now only 2/3 of the way through this and keep feeling the need to mention how incredible of a job these guys have done. Blown away. Now I feel like I need to make the 24 hour road trip to visit this place.
@@grimmlifecollective, great video! I almost never watch a video over an hour long, but you kept that interesting the whole time. But I subscribed to your channel today because I’m really looking forward to seeing what others are able to do now. The first video I seen of yours was at Transworld. My 8 year old son is as big of a horror nut as I am and he turned me onto it. Glad this was recommended to me. Keep up the good work. Love what you’re doing.
The level of detail here is simply stunning. Such a polar opposite from the “black wall haunts” that seem to be everywhere. Outstanding video that flew by… so thanks for sharing!
Oh my god!!! That was absolutely amazing!! Hat's off to everyone who was involved in making such a fantastic haunt 👻🎃 And no I am definitely not brave enough to go through it myself 😂 well done Michael and Jessica another great video 😀
This may sound a little cheesy, but seeing people love what they do is so inspiring and I get it when Jessica said she was almost brought to tears by the beauty and the scariness of this place. Whether it is this scare actor and the owners and tour guides, or you Michael and Jessica, you all inspire me and I am sure many others of us that get so much joy out of the dark, spooky and macabre and always felt like the oddballs and weirdos that we are lol. Thank you and Happy Halloween🖤
If I had more disposable income, I would definitely take that behind the scenes tour in lieu of doing the actual walkthrough. I don't enjoy being scared for the most part, but I love walking through haunts and seeing the craftsmanship of the sets and the effects. That's why my all time favorite attraction is the Disneyland Haunted Mansion. Spooky and fun but not outright scary. Thank you for showing this amazing place off. I only live 15-20 minutes away and would go if I wasn't such a scaredy cat. My jaw literally dropped when you rounded the corner and showed the cathedral area that's right before the cemetery. Such incredible work from this team.
This is so cool! I gotta tell you guys: when it comes to entertainment, there's no place like U.S., no one around the world can beat you guys! Thank God we have the Grimmlifecollective showing us, people from outside the country, stuff we couldn't see otherwise! 🖤💜
Cemetery Man was my son’s favorite movie when he was just five years old. We paid a fortune for it on VHS for his Christmas present. It was a stunningly beautiful movie.
This place would convince me travel over from UK. It’s so beautiful and breathtaking. Thank you so much for taking us around and filming this. I’m going to have to re watch I think!
When they turned the corner to the mausoleum entrance I genuinely gasped out loud. I nearly shed a tear just seeing it, I can’t even imagine being there!!

Oh my god!!! That was absolutely amazing!! Hat's off to everyone who was involved in making such a fantastic haunt 👻🎃
And no I am definitely not brave enough to go through it myself 😂 well done Michael and Jessica another great video 😀
I love this time of year I love you guys thanks for traveling around doing all the Haunts and let me travel along with you through RUclips👻👻😎🔥
Karl Mossman totally reminds me of skarsgaard's pennywise..this dude is great!
This is so cool!
I gotta tell you guys: when it comes to entertainment, there's no place like U.S., no one around the world can beat you guys!
Thank God we have the Grimmlifecollective showing us, people from outside the country, stuff we couldn't see otherwise! 🖤💜
Where you watching from

Cemetery Man was my son’s favorite movie when he was just five years old. We paid a fortune for it on VHS for his Christmas present. It was a stunningly beautiful movie.
Mr. Mossman is one hell of a showman! He’s great! It’s too bad I’m in Michigan and will not be visiting SLC anytime soon.
This haunt looks incredible.
Pretty cool when Jessica Grimm screamed in fear when the compressed air cannon went off next to her.
This place would convince me travel over from UK. It’s so beautiful and breathtaking. Thank you so much for taking us around and filming this. I’m going to have to re watch I think!
I love how in the beginning he’s in character the whole time
The art in it is so beautiful.
When they turned the corner to the mausoleum entrance I genuinely gasped out loud. I nearly shed a tear just seeing it, I can’t even imagine being there!!
