These are my new favore pants, Husband hates them, parents wonder what the hell and my daughter (4 years old) wants her own par. I madee them with Rayon. Seriously the best. Now i just need to learn to belly dance lol.
Just finished a pair, following this exact video and they are ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! Thank you so much for the tutorial! I will debut them tomorrow and I can't wait!
You need about 4m (or 4yds) plus 30cm (12in) extra. Make sure the fabric is about 100cm (40in) wide. You can find detailed instructions on my blog here 💖: www.sparklybelly.com/diy-pantaloons-ats-tribal-fusion-belly-dance-harem-pants/
Hey I know this was posted like 3 years ago but if you want more specific search terms, voile, batiste, gauze, and sateen (light weight - most sites will say) are all lightweight cotton fabrics! Otherwise, shirt weight linen, or rayon challis would work well for these too, I reckon!
Hi! I love your videos! I wanted to ask you, which is your sewing machine that you normally use to do all the belly costumes with all those difficult fabrics??? Mine is broken so I have to buy one new... I’m a little lost!

Waiting for the fancy ATS belt 👑
Now I know what do to with that 10 yards of fabric I accidentally bought

You are so welcome!
very very beautiful as usual ..and you're a good teacher .....
I'm trying to find a tutorial of these pants but not as puffy. I can't find anything!😫
Great tutorial and channel def making these.
I know this is an old video, but how tall are you? I'm curious as to if I need to try to make them longer for myself.
I'm about 5 feet tall. But the fabric width is about 100cm (39in), so they are pretty long. If you're not sure, use wider fabric 💖
Love you from Pakistan 🇵🇰
heyy love the video!! what kind of fabric would you reccomend that is breathable not see-through?? :)
Light cotton is nice! Even if it's a little see through, so much fabric will be gathered together so it might work too :)
@@sparklybellyTrue!! Im gonna try with light cotton too. Love ur vidsss❤❤❤
Thank You! They are so very pretty, and I can hardly wait to make mine
very cool tutorial, as always. thanks for sharing.
Beautiful can't wait to make it 💝
Thank ...i do need this .... love u...
So cute! Thank you!
Thank you too!
Your light weight cotton looks like rayon. Can I use rayon in lieu of the cotton?
Absolutely!
So how many meters of cloth are needed?

How would this work if you are very tall? Thinking of making this as jumping stilt covers!
I am from Pakistan I will try your way of talking is good
Thank you!

My pleasure! 🥰
That is the hard way of making pants! Sew CB seam, sew CF seam then sew the inseam.
Спасибо! Классно! :-)
Where do you get the lightweight cotton?
I make all my pantaloons out of quilting cotton!
