However, in medicine, integrity should mean not always agreeing with "standard of care," if it is harmful to the patients. Their oath "DO NO HARM," should be applied. It is estimated that about 50K LESS people in the US would have died of Covid 19, if they had been given the cheap therapies EARLY on. That is a lot of blood on the hands of physicians. The situation has not stopped, so that means even more blood will be on their hands.

In 1984, the telescreens are like Alexa. The moment I read that story about how Alexa solved a murder through its microphone I knew that thing would never enter my home. Big brother and Goldstein are like our political parties and we like idiots accept everything they say. I mean, one side tried to create a dictatorship and the other forced landlords to give away free rent over a year. Who on earth does that?! Both parties are total lunatics and we dig into them like it’s a cult with our shouting matches and mob behavior. And that girl in the book is so representative of women today. It is so difficult to keep a career, pay expenses, and then have a baby in a system that gives no support whatsoever. They might as well create an anti marriage league since it practically already exists. And then those party jobs in the book of shuffling meaningless paper and twisting words is so representative of the millennial generation. All that student loan debt and they end up with meaningless $12 an hour office jobs. So much similarity it’s very strange.
