I followed these instructions exactly but when the .deb installer finishes analysis, it reports "Error: dependency is not satisfiable: libvpx6 (>=1.6.0).
Try this you can also install a .deb file by opening a terminal and typing:
sudo dpkg -i (package file name).deb

It's a Stable Opera browser for Debian based linux distros. Deepin OS has inbuilt app store or Software center similar to ubuntu.

Error : dependency is not satisflable: rarian-compat
Try installing other .Deb file, some .Deb file may get corrupted or damaged while downloading.
Its a .deb file from ubuntu.packages so cant be corrupted

But its Linux so shit like this is common place, Edge from Microsoft wont even install for me on Kubuntu, idiotic beyond levels, Windows 3.1 was easier to install software for, that just says something.

Try this command in terminal (ubuntu/debian based Linux OS)
sudo apt install gdebi

First update your ubuntu/debian based Linux OS.
Open Terminal App and type this command
First type this
sudo install upgrade (and hit enter)
Second type this
sudo apt install gdebi (and hit enter)
If you are using ubuntu/debian based Linux OS then you can simply install .deb file just by double Clicking the left mouse button (latest Ubuntu/debian based Linux OS comes with inbuilt .deb file installer)

Lastly you can try fixing installing updates
You can try fixing the broken dependencies using the following command:
sudo apt-get -f install
sudo dpkg --configure -a
Then run this again:
sudo apt-get -f install
its says there is an error
The .deb file you want to install may be corrupt/damaged
