This is one of the nicest houses I've ever seen. The attention to detail is unmatched. $32,000,000 is a great price for this french chateau house. All of the homes I have seen around the same price as this house do not have the detail as this one does. Plus, it's in a gated community with a good view.
Josh man I have to tell you , that this is by far the most luxurious estate that you have ever displayed . This estate is absolutely gorgeous.

You show this place way too fast and miss lots of details of each room! I would like to view it with a much slower pace and show more details in each room and not zoom through each room like Speedy Gonzales!

He’s a man he doesn’t care about the details. He’s trying to sell you this house he doesn’t appreciate it for the character plus he literally got drunk off of the owners alcohol 3/4 through the video and said it was ‘espresso’ he’s just a man

The details are so well thought through on this house. I love houses that are way more than just huge with a nice foyer. This has detail from floor to ceiling, front to back. The mini kitchen in the master! Love it! Sometimes when I’m pulling a marathon I need to grab a drink and keep my protein levels up 💪🏻😂

Wow, this is a wonderful reproduction of a French Chateau in California. I am surprised that the castle's outside wall is made of Italian marble. The foyer with the dome roof, chandelier, and design Italian marble is fantastic. The living room is awesome. The kitchen is wonderful and the dining room is beautiful. The master bedroom is fit for a king and queen.
