Can we just appreciate how well Jim Parsons portrayed the character of Sheldon and acted in this show? He’s the funniest character but for that reason he’s not allowed to laugh at all otherwise it would be no longer funny - that must have taken a tremendous amount of self-control but Jim handled it amazing
@Christopher Bingham Will wait to conclude that till we have similar series on characters like Howard, Leonard & Raj. Anyways this was an amazing series and all characters were loved though Sheldon is way above all.
He cannot help his character he has autism and that's how they behave you have the super intelligent artistic one and then you have the normal autistic I think it's called Asperger I'm not sure if I'm pronouncing the name properly but you can research it
In what universe is he the best character? He's condescending, narcissistic and very opinionated. If he was my roommate and he treated me like he treats Leonard I would Gibbs slap him so hard that his grandkids would feel it
@@williammccardle4077 Chill and comprehend, nobody is talking about him and his characteristic traits. The subject at the centre is Jim Parsons and how he portrayed such a difficult character with such details and depth, and made him come to real life (reel life) so effortlessly. Everybody knows Sheldon Cooper has numerous flaws (which is very normal, for nobody has ever been born flawless), there's nothing new, so no need to heat up your nerves. What's being appreciated here is the writing behind Sheldon Cooper as a Character and his excellent portrayal by Jim Parsons.
Perhaps but I can't get enough of watching episodes where he doesn't get his way. Also I saw Jim Parsons in another movie and he was just as bad. It proves a point that my ex wife used to say, that actors don't act they play themselves. I'm still mad because he's the main reason TBBT ended

I'm not much of a TV watcher, nor do I buy 'collection' sets, but because of Sheldon Cooper, I am going to buy the entire series so that I can watch it all over and over. I never get tired of this show.
Sheldon has got to be one of the greatest TV characters ever:) There's not one single episode in which he's not funny. Much like Homer Simpson, only in a completely opposite way:)
yes that was a great scene. The timing and rection was perfect. I wonder how many takes it took to get it right. (both timing wise and without laughing) coz face it - that was hilarious.
Being a high-functioning Spectrum person myself, Sheldon is the best example in describing myself to others who have difficulty in understanding. I love him! ❤
Its 10 times funnier when they realize that they didnt actually have to do the tasks in the low temperature. They could just setup the equipment inside and then go outside and place them.
I had this exact thought when watching the episode, why the hell would they have to work outside, they should have a temperature controlled lab to build and test the equipment and then install it outside
@Christopher Bingham my point is... its average filming... nothing more than other show... i mean tbbt dont have continuity... and people treat like the best tv show ever...
"He thought he carried the one, but he didn't" 🤣... It's sorta funny though, I can picture Leonard looking at the math confused while Sheldon laughs at him...
As much as I miss this show, all good things must come to an end, and they ended it in a satisfying way, finishing all of the major plot lines, if it were to be brought back, I'd fear too much that they'd taint the show with subpar comedy and horrible story
I absolutely love the show, but it's a good thing it ended on a high note when the show had audience. It's always good end it there instead of dragging it forever where the fans get tired.
Galecki trying to maintain composure while Sheldon is addressing the class. 😂 Use Galecki's actual name, because that's who's trying to maintain, while Parsons is in character.
Thank you to those who put this amazing cast of characters together. They must be recognized for acquiring such amazing talent and holding onto them throughout the years. @Christopher Bingham Young Sheldon is nowhere near the success of TBBT so no I don't think so.
i don't like bernadette, she's evil and she has a super annoying voice (at least in the german voiceover).
Sheldon is the most unique fictional character I've ever seen, there's no one like him
He acts very similar as high functioning autistic’s, which really shouldn’t be mocked.
well there is one.. young sheldon 😂😂😂 iain armitage is just so good. sometimes looks like it’s jim parsons young version only

Pop Culture Detective covered The Big Bang Theory epicly.
He was the main character tho,so of course he would outshine other characters, penny is what makes the show better for me
I love 💕 Sheldon he made me laugh so Hard he is my favorite
SURELY his Best Moment is his reaction when Penny gives him the napkin signed by Leonard Nimoy?!? My favourite moment of the entire show!
When he is testing the acoustics is one of my favourites and when other guys are not leting him finish the sentacne is funny too
