I never thought of doing both a index finger and middle finger throw at the same time to get an instant surgeons knot. That's so helpful ! Thanks so much for sharing.
Wow! That would take some real practice! Amazed you do that so adeptly left as well as right handed! We can add ambidextrous to your very long list of abilities!
Good video just that the demonstration was a little fast for beginners and sometimes hardly visible maybe something more visible and wider for easy demo
Hi Dr. Pearson! Thank you for this helpful video. For the one handed knot, how do you get the knots to lie in a square knot pattern without criss crossing in some way? I noticed it seems like you don't cross your hands when laying the knot down.
One of the best videos out here! Amazing quality and explanation thank you so much 🙏🏼❤️
Ibrahim Thank you so much for your beautiful comment, I’m so happy you found it helpful. More on the way.

Awesome, I’ll put out a short tomorrow and show you how :)
May I ask why do you always cross your sutures at the start?
If I cross at the start I’ll always tie a square knot
Finally i got it aftrr watching 100+ useless videos
