- So Paddy Harrington was kind enough to have a look at swing and give me a few tips in order to help me reduce my handicap. More videos to come with regards to different aspects to the game.

If you want to play better golf stop watching other RUclipsrs coaches and only watch Padraig - just brilliant to listen too and watch.
I am in exactly the same position as you Conor. I'm like 5'7 130lbs 33 years old and I feel like I should be getting 260 to 270 carry yet there's a 180 carry even if it sounds good. So this was perfect.

great vid...people gotta do the speed sticks.. i m 3 12 week sessions in and my carry has gone from 225 to 255 in Irish luke warm weather..i do them every 2nd day after a run and do 12 weeks on 4 weeks off...they are amazing..i m 49 btw heading to scratch

Conor, what's the app Padraig uses to analyse/measure your golf swing?
I'm guessing he's just using a trackman app, they're using the trackman monitor.
