Can you imagine if she was your mum doing your hair everyday for school! You'd be rolling up like a Rock star every morning, knowing all the other mums are looking at the latest creation. Bailey must love it!

I actually LOVE the look of having pieces of her real hair throughout! I think it gives it more dimension and makes it look more like "hers." I think I'll try and add in more of mine in on purpose. This is so cool! I didn't realize how easy it was to add in fake hair. I'll definitely try this on my mom who has thin, fine hair. Thanks!
Looking forward to trying this on my daughter. Love learning new ways to do her hair. It's a special moment between us, daddy and daughter💜Thanks for the tips!
Same bro, but even I'm terrible at doing my 9yr old daughters hair she loves having me try new styles all the time! She'll pick out a movie for us ti watch and makes me do her hair while we watch it lol she wants me to try this so bad but I already no I'd butcher it lol
My family was never good at braiding hair but we love braids. I am 30 and my mum is 70. I am doing our hair like this! We just got some colorful hair and we are ready to try this easy method.Thank you!
This is Beautiful! ❤️This isn't a feed in braid where I'm from. This braid here would fit in with the goddess braids because of the size and your technique. I don't think feedin braids are easy. This is a cornrow with extensions / jumbo goddess braids. Feedin braids are done different and they look different. Where I'm from but everywhere is different. 💕
Wish my mom could make my hair rock like this when i was her age. She looks so cool that me and my girlfriend are definintely gonna use this video for our festival look this summer. Awesome Mother Daugther team right there 😍
Been trying to figure out how to Dutch braid forever and this was the most easiest video to follow one I’ve found! And the extensions??? Omg I’m buying some now to try on my little girl!!
I have to give Bailey a round of applause 👏🏽 👏🏽👏🏽 my girls are never this still when doing their hair she is an awesome hair model ❤️ thanks for the tutorial I’m gonna try this with my girls
Right???? My scalp just aches for her, but her patience shows that mom is way more gentle than mine was. (Granted I grew up when the hair ties we used were the ones with the balls that cracked you in the head with one slip.) Edit: typo
Ana Garza we won’t ignore it.. 🤨 don’t be a culture vulture and name something that it’s not.. simple 🤷🏽♀️ and congrats.. hope your hair doesn’t look like this in the video.. go to someone where it came from.. I’m sure somewhere we won’t mind doing it for you, the right way
I did this on my daughter for her birthday party and the only downside was the hair wasn’t really long enough. I think I’ll use your other method next time BUT use the thread through method for the first stitch to keep it nice and tight at the start which is where I struggle. I will say this, I showed my African friends photos and they were so impressed! They said they called them banana braids and they are apparently very tough to do on their Afro type hair. I was very proud of myself as they wear the coolest feed in braids and corn rows. Maybe they were just being kind ;-))
These aren’t feed in braids lol. Feed in braids you take small sections of the extensions and add it in as you go down the head rather than taking the whole piece and braiding it in. Very cute style tho! The pink and blue ombré is very pretty 😊
Do you even kid bro? They want all the colour!?!?! Who cares what it's called it sure helped me get a better form of showing the colour when braiding my daughter's hair! OMG THE WORLD IS COMING TO AN END BECAUSE OG DIDNT MEET STANDARDS ... LETS MELTDOWN OVER IT
Tara Thomas girl stfu.. it does matter you culture vulture.. and nobody having a meltdown.. if you going to copy something, don’t be a Kim kardashian about it.. call it it’s correct name.. trying to tell us something about what we created.. typical
Hi I just wanted to tell you Thank YOU so much for this tutorial. I tried to 'feed in braids' the original method and I noticed that the colored hair I used doesn't really pop. Then I found this video and decided to give it a go, My 3yr old loved it!!! You can see the hair so much better and very vibrant. This method was genius, I definitely recommend for anyone who wants a dramatic pop of color in their braids.
OMG! so beautiful 😍 she's so cute and you're explaining so well. I just received my extensions and I'll try to do this braids with your tutorial 😊 whish me good luck because I think it will be more difficult on myself than in other people hair 😅 So beautiful again ❤️
@@Bmillyinthebuilding control your damn temper child. They just said this LOOKS like feed in braids, they never said they were feed in braids. Also learn to read it again
Thank you for this!! I am doing a Jinx cosplay for Halloween and since my hair is already the right length for her bangs, I thought I could just use extensions instead of dealing with cheep wig hairlines. I couldn’t figure out how to braid the extension in so this really helped me! Thank you!
Charlie Mackey yaaaassss!!! I'm going to be furloughed on the 19 and would love to try something like this now that i can have some cool hair styles/colors for a bit!
This is not called feed in braiding. This is just regular braiding. Feed in braiding is when you add in synthetic braiding hair at intervals throughout the length of the entire braid so that the braid goes from smaller at the start to larger toward the middle and end of the braid. The way you did it makes the start very bulky and heavy on the roots. Notice how you had to fluff out the braid to make it look bigger? Well, in feed-in braiding you don't have to do that. Check out some of the African American or African braiders on you tube. Type in Feed in braid on 4c hair and you will find tones of really great vids.
I don't have to say it because everyone else did. Lmao! These aren't feed-in braids. But I really don't care because I absolutely LOVE the way she flared out the synthetic hair to make the color show more than her real hair! I can't stand seeing braids where people spent the money to add color but you don't see the color until the end of the braid. And the girl's reaction to her hair is adorable to the max!
Thank you. It was more crochet but as long as her baby loves it. Definitely not feed in though. She made that color show but feed in has no knots at the beginning or otherwise. I love that blue.

I actually really like the bits where Bailey's hair shows through. It gives it some really nice veriation.

It doesn't matter if it's not feed in braids or it is, she still did an amazing job of doing her daughter's hair😇
Kayla Boateng okay but if they aren’t feed in braids don’t put that in your title👀
Kayla Boateng that isn’t a great job …
TaeTae Is My Bae exactly! The annoyance!!! I search feed in braids and this bullshit comes up 🤦🏽♀️
Then just ignore this video, her child is happy damn and I found an easy way to do it for my child who has something similar to a pixie cut
