Hi great video !! Love your vocals too !! I was curious about the preamp and audio interface you’re using with your shure sm7b to record on the iPad ? I’m planning to buy this microphone to record on iPad Logic pro And I already got the fabifilter bundle for IOS ! Thank you !

Thank you! I have the cloudlifter amp connected to my mic and it’s running through my focusrite 2i2 audio interface. 🎶

can i ask why you have autotune almost last in the chain? i know the gate should go first but

@@kronoszombieguidesapp Good question! It’s all experimental and what I personally feel sounded best. Sometimes, I break the “rules” and put things in different orders to see if I can get a specific sound and this is where I landed for this video.

OK, I’m not used to the iPad version of logic at all and I know how to fix this issue on the MacBook Pro but why or how do I fix the vocals only coming out of one ear when I record either it’s so simple that I’m just missing it or I just don’t know where to go Can you please help me thank you. 😊

@@NicholasOgden-un7pg so, this frustrated me too when I first started lol. I believe all I did was switch the input to input 1 and 2. Also, you can try switching from mono to stereo, which, is located at the same place you’ll find the different inputs. Hope this helps!

What kind of microphone do you have? I have a RODE NT1. I feel like your sounds better. Or maybe I need to learn how to record better on it. i'm not sure. I'm in a small room kind of the same size as yours.

For regular audio for talking I use the DJI Mic 2, and for singing I use the Shure SM7B

Record it off axis a lil bit. Don’t record straight onto the mic. It’ll have a lil too much sibilance
