Unclogging A Large Beaver Rack

- I do not encourage anyone to enter culverts, unclog anything, or enter flooded areas as it can easily become deadly without the proper training
I unclog drains for fun in my spare time (I have been trained in culvert inspections for years with private co.) and I am osha trained.
Exploring anything abandoned can be dangerous or deadly without experience. I don't encourage anyone to enter any abandoned structures. Not only is safety a concern, but often times its illegal, and when possible I seek out permission from the owner or local police. I simply go to document its history before it's gone forever and I leave things the way I find them. I only take pictures and only leave footprints. I assume all the risks and responsibility before doing this. Please don't attempt to do this on your own. There could be nails, asbestos, falling concrete, soft floors, animals, or other hazards. Thanks for watching.

I love watching these but really miss you doing the flooded Street drains that's what hooked me to your channel! 👍🏻
I corrected that problem
I love the street drains
@@post.10 Does that mean are you going to do some more drain videos?
@@HeadCase55 me too!.. there are 100's now on youtube but I loved post 10's the best!
@@saintsefo4763 nah impossible some were clogged regular like clockwork & they seemed to accept post as part of the team plus he used to do outta town ones too how are so many other people still doing them on youtube it seems a huge thing now 🤷♀️.. I'm wondering maybe he was warned off
Always enjoy your videos! Being outdoors and doing something productive. Your videos have a “feel good” vibe.
☺️
I couldn’t agree more, I get jealous sometimes because I know he’s out having the time of his life!
And I’m not! Lol
Something so satisfying about seeing a culvert/drain/beaver rack/stream/drainage ditch get unclogged. With Post10 doing it with gusto is merely a bonus.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
There is something so satisfying watching you unblock/unclog a drain or culvert or dismantling a beaver dam and watching them work like how they are supposed to. Great
Dude. To be honest. You breaking up Beaver dams is my favorite. I never realized how much work those little bastards put into building those dams. Amazing. Very cool footage. Sometime, you just gotta clear out some roads.
"It's nice out today. It's sleeting."
You and I have VERY different concepts of 'nice out'. LOL
That being said, I DO quite like sitting on my enclosed-porch on a good stormy day, and just listening to the rain on the metal roof and the rumbles of thunder... So I can see where you're coming from with enjoying weather that other people might not 'get'. lol.
Post, you're the only one I won't get mad at for putting up such a video with both title words 'beaver' and 'rack' that has no nudity.
And THERE it is! :D
Love your videos, the two camera set up along with the Timelapse is a great addition. Keep up the good work!
It's always refreshing to watch the water blasting, you never failed to amaze me with your wonderful and satisfying work. Tons of love from India
I love those Picture in Picture shots! Thanks for another awesome video! Stay safe and stay healthy!
8:45 this is my favorite little culvert you unclog man. Always fun to see pool drain away. You speak of it fondly. Lovely to see culvert getting TLC. 🤗💪👍
I appreciate the dual coverage and when you speed up the video so we can see just how much the water level drops. Great video Post!
Love your two camera work.
I really appreciate these things now when I see them walking around. Thanks for the calming and fun videos, and hello from Florida.
I just stupidly realized post10 whoops so he can display his cameras in sync like a clapperboard. Love from Toronto!❤
I think it as a war cry ... ready for battle 😁
I'm also in Toronto. Hi.
He only explained it like 12 times. 🤣🤣
Post, you’re a natural engineer! Love the way your mind works. 👍
Thanks 👍🏼 beautiful scenery!!
Fantastic. Really like watching the other side. Watching the water flow change. So neat. I was hard to the the second culvert. Perfect way to start a day. Happy Easter Postie and Ghost.
Always find your videos so relaxing. Cheers buddy.
Love the content!! ❤️Keep them coming!!
It's amazing your knowledge at just a young age, great job.
Excited to announce 2022 CulvertCon in downtown Boston, Mass. Meet Post 10 and other drainage content creators. Participate in a community Culvert Clearing. Catch the 80s cover band, "Idiots with Escavators" at the early birds pre-party mingle. Can't wait to meet everyone!
Must enter with a loud "Wooo!"
That is some “grate” content Post 10 😆
I really liked the second Calvert and your haircut. Happy Spring.
"It's nice out today. Can you hear that on the camera?". LOL love the videos!
Always enjoy sitting back and watching your content. Have you been back to the lake drain recently? It's how I discovered you ages ago.
It was cool watching the flow in the second camera increase when you removed the screen to clean it. I didn't notice the second camera at first, so I backed it up to watch it from when it appeared. I agree that the grate mesh is too small. Love your camerawork.
I think that this is one of my favourite of the culverts that you visit. It's the mossy waterfall steps that just speak to me.
Really like the idea of making trash racks or grates from recycled material, when it starts to rust out, then just making a new one, perhaps even better.
And you can recycle the old one as scrap metal.
The rack should be replaced by a similar trash rack as the one you unclogged in previous videos. That A-shape rack is really cool.
Hi mate and wife I am watching your video right now and I love watching your video right now and you do a good job keep it up
It is good to see you looking after your hands x
6:27 that road is just absolutely beautiful. No pot holes, dirt, etc. just a nice clean road.
Another great video 👏🏻👏🏻 greetings from 🇧🇷🇺🇸
I like both your channels bro my favorite was overnight in abandoned motel.
I like how u show the drain u r working on, and the one that is opened up with free flowing water, side by side..
I can not see the whirl pool...😭 LOVE your content... just discovered you like 2 days ago... Can't stop viewing
Another cool vid. Ever think of doing a tour of the Greenbrier bunkers..............
The second timelapse was super nice!
I enjoy your work
Thanks that one went quickly. Chris from England.
such a good video , i could watch you all day post , thank you .
Every time I see the water coming out of the other end I immediately smile. 😊
Post is the man! I would love to unclog some drains with him!
Excellent! Moving thousands of gallons of water, one culvert at a time! 👏😊👍🖖
Another great video, entertaining and informative. Really digging the new haircut too! :P
It is fun to see you get excited when something "sucks"!
Great gate, great channel.
Keep up the good work!
@Post10 have you ever considered using an automotive scissor jack, bottle jack, or farm jack to straighten out these culvert openings?
Your doing a good job man keep up the great work! 👍✌🤙
I love watching your videos, you’re amazing 🙌
Ah yes, the classic "woo!" of sound syncing. Love the videos and keep up the good work!
You're an absolute legend
Wow did you shave your hair off? Love your beaver and culvert videos the best, thank you 🙏
I hope he's doing well... I don't think I've ever seen him with a shaved head.
Check it out on his other channel, hilarious! 😆

never gets old!
Keep up the good work
I watch 101% of everything you post. I’m fascinated with you, your work AND play. Especially the over- nights!! Do you have a grandma?? Can I be yours?????
Good job. Great video!
👍👊😎
Time-lapse there at the end was pretty cool. Like pulling the plug on a bathtub.
Nice work Post 10.
The holes in the grate are way too small....another great video....thanks.
Another, interesting episode ☺️
This is beautiful.
Well done 👍🏻
I loved these video for a long time
We need an update on the beaver dam at the lake drain.
It’s nice out. It’s sleeting. One thing I do not miss about living in central Indiana is the sleet. Im not sharing your excitement on this. Loving all that water flow sound though.
Although I prefer sleet over freezing rain.
@@jaskim5723 sleet is freezing rain in my world
its already 80f+ in southcarolina somedays man I wish it was sleeting XD
Eating a late dinner . Thought I would go ahead and watch what you just put up.
I saw "beaver" and "rack" in the title and clicked. Then I remembered I'm subscribed to post10, the culvert warrior. ;D
Good morning Post... What's your thoughts on cement end caps. Either round or square precast concrete sleeves that are made for the diameter pipe used, 12, 18, 24, 36..etc. That would make the ends safe from "Idiots with an Excavator". Couple bucks more in the beginning might save coin later. Your thoughts??
Nice hair cut / buzz cut btw! Keep up these unclogging videos!
Check it out on his other channel, hilarious! 😆

Happy Easter post 10
It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood here in Arkansas console it was 30゚ this morning but it didn't got up to 68 so I haven't checked are gonna river they call it a Creek here I call it a river but I'm fixing the walk down there and see how it's blowing I'll check back in with you in a little bit like your videos post 10 It's flowing at full capacity so so hopefully there's some fish in there but we'll find out anyway like your videos and I love to see your little lady and some more of them but that's my personal opinion
i love your videos!!!!!!
Thanks Post 10 for the video 👍😀
grate job
Grate job post 10!
👍👍👍
I'm waiting for the day when Post 10 shouts to do his camera audio test, someone in the distance shouts "Yo!!!"
(no one tell the beavers they can just move the rack)
alternative joke: dang that beaver rack didn't catch any beavers
I wish there were places like that where I live because I'd be unclogging some drains too. Unfortunately, there is nothing like that here. It would be awesome to be your cameraman. You should get a job with the DOT. When they ask if you have experience just show them your channel.
There's that Ric Flair impression again 😅
At first I thought, "That's a neat little grate." - Then you stood next to that monster!
nice work buddy . best wishes to you and ghost ten
I was wondering if you could take a small hydraulic Jack to push the crushed culvert open. Nice video !
Maybe a battery operated angle grinder too.
@@MrL4t3 I think we should all show up to help post sometime- nah he probably wouldn’t like it
I'm across the pond so far away ... and yes, postie is a lone ranger 😄
Nice hair cut 👍🏻
Whoo!
I love the war whoops at the beginning. Battle cry of the Culvert King of NE United States!
great video! commenting 3 times, and liking to help boost the algorithm!
Post10 you can straighten out the crushed ends of the pipes with a bottle or floor car jack
That's what I was thinking... Bottle or scissor with a block of wood to prevent popping a hole in the pipe should do something..
love you brother you are AWESOME
i agree with you 💯%
a polarizing filter lens for your camera would really cut though the glare of the water, because you couldn't really see into the water around the 10:00 minute mark
What is that mesh for?
An older hydraulic car jack,(not one with wheels) the smaller trunk sized ones would re-open the crushed culverts
Wait, Post10 does the "WOOO" actually turn the camera on? Or is that your Q for when you're editing?
That looks heavy and a bit akward to wrestle around..... Great work
With the first one, couldn't you just turn the grate around so anything stuck against it will be pushed off by the flow of the water into the culvert?
9:40 Nice buzz cut dude.😃
Awesome video you got the junk out of the culvert
That grate looks pretty unwieldy, so just go with me here. Imagine that you could just turn the grate around. Given that the flow seems pretty strong, would a lot of the stuff stuck on it just blow through? Or maybe it would just tangle everything up..... 👋🏼🙋🏽♀️✌🏽
