Let me set the record straight. Your not going to find a nicer more professional guy than Robert. He’s also very knowledgeable and passionate about all Corvettes. My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Robert earlier this year and we purchased two C8s from Corvette World. We also sold two Corvettes to them. In both transactions the prices were at market value or a better. Robert and SueAnn both spent lots of time with us and have been there for us even after the sale. Give Robert and Corvette world a break. I’d recommend them over any other dealers go there and give them a chance before posting comments that are not true. You’ll be glad you did.

Surely did not mean to be negative. The corvette is sensational. You just need to be smart and patient before paying someone 30k over MSRP my friend. That’s just business. I’m sure it’s a great dealership. Ultimately I’ll find one for 100k or less and make it the best Corvette on the net, just like my Porsche is. All the best.

Aka Mental Health scripts.😉 Up here in the Ice Box of NJ, my favorite diner is called the "Sit 'n Chat" and my favorite Corvette Channel is the BOS "Sit 'n Comment" channel.🤣 There's just one problem, I'm going through Chock full O'nuts faster than my Yugo in the quarter mile. And that's really fast!🤣 As to Robert's introductory comments in the show room, it pretty much boils down to what the Beetles put to song, "You get by with a little help from your friends." That applies not just to the business world, but to each of our private world's as well. Nuff said. As to my favorite C8 in the showroom. Well, there's two. First is the Silver Flair Vert! Whoa! The only thing I'd want to have changed would be to have the Trident wheels. I'm curious as to what this one was stickered at. My second favorite C8 was the Torch Red Coupe at $109k. In short, this one presses all the buttons as far as I'm concerned. Like the Vert., I'm curious what this one stickered at. In closing, as to Robert Merch, well, how about a shirt with him on the front and saying, "Don't moan and groan, go Chrome or go home!"🤣 The Man of Few Words is out. Save the Wave.👋 P.S. I think all the negativity has grown and been fostered by the negative politics of the last 5 years and exacerbated by the pandemic. Personally, I enjoy looking at Corvettes and all the walk around information. I've learned a lot about the new C8. Keep them coming.
They sure are. Just remember that this is the market right now. In order for Corvette World to even get these C8’s in, they have to buy them for 20-30k over MSRP and then turn a 4-6k profit on them.
Nice video, beautiful bunch of cars. I happen to LOVE chrome wheels, we have 4 corvettes, Camaro ZL1, 4 different GM trucks ALL with chrome wheels. Just recently bought a Ram TRX, and I couldn’t bring myself to put chrome wheels on it, but I did change the wheels, black with red accents as the truck is red, only truck non GM almost ever, and I have to admit is is a nice truck. Keep up the good work 👍

Update 11/22/21: Red loaded 2021 Coupe, Black 7 Speed GS, and Blue Z06 SOLD on Saturday. Just got in a '21 Red Mist Coupe with Gray two tone interior and '17 Sterling Blue Z51 Stingray Coupe. Powder coated the Silver Flare's rims black.

For my 2021 HTC, Z51, 2Lt, Gt2 seats, mag ride, lift, black tridents, edge red calibers, hash marks and stinger stripes. Premium car cover, lifting pucks, battery tender plus extra set of silver stock wheels in factory condition. ??????
Wow prices at Corvette World are still high. I recommend everyone to just order a new vet from your local Chevrolet Dealer. Soon you will be able to buy a new C8 Z06 for 10's of thousands of dollars cheaper than nearly every car in Corvette Worlds inventory.Robert should have merch with gold dollar signs on it. I just shake my head to think someone will pay these crazy high prices and not buy from Chevrolet at thousands less.

Our Profit margin spread on each of these C8's is $3k-$5k from purchase amount to sale amount. That is not much in Car Sales world, especially with the overhead we have. Plus ALL my C8's show below market. We're not gouging, that's just the current market. You want MSRP and haven't ordered it yet, it is a two year order and wait at certain Chevrolet Dealerships right now. And I say certain because many are marking them up 5k-35k, regardless of what penalties Chevrolet corporate threatens them with. So until Bowling green catches up and demand levels off, the prices won't go down. It sucks for those trying to get under $90k, but it's out of our hands. I want them cheaper, I'd sell them faster to more people. But to this day the lowest we've been able to purchase a C8 was for $83,500, and that car had nearly 16k miles on it. It sold for $87,995...........last year. Oh.....and C8 Z06's....All allocations for 2023 are already long gone and mark ups are now coming in at $30-60k! So good luck with that if you want a 2023. Secondly if I was making that BS level of money your claiming....I'D HAVE PURCHASED MY 1ST VETTE BY NOW. So no, your claims have no basis in facts. Do some research and get your facts straight before spouting off.

I'm sorry you've had to deal with those who feel you're taking unfair advantage of the market, the free market represents the idea that to do anything less than make a good profit is foolishness. But when you deal with the majority of Vette owners (and I am a classic example) who see the very large gap between what list is and what you're asking/getting for used cars, I can assume there will be some teeth gnashing. I have enjoyed my 2014 Z51 Torch Red 1LT 7 MT Conv (17,000 miles) for the three years I have owned it but wish I could continue the "tradition" of moving on/up, but that is not to be at least for the time being (it is my 6th Vette). My first world problem for sure and suffering I am not. Good luck and continued good sales and good customer relations. There's far worse circumstances surrounding us than the price of a used Vette.....

I’ve been going back and forth between a C8 and an older F-Type. Why are people getting rid of these Vettes 1-3 years into the purchase?
The C8 is much more car than the F-Type but I know the Jag would be fun too. They want the money that they bring, pure and simple.

No that's not true, most of my cars are below market. The C8's are what they are, For example that Rapid blue 2022 Mike featured a a couple visits ago, we paid $100k to get it, and are selling it for $103,995. Our Profit margin spread on each of these C8's is $3k-$5k from purchase amount to sale amount. That is not much in Car Sales world, especially with the overhead we have. Plus ALL my C8's show below market. We're not gouging, that's just the current market. You want MSRP and haven't ordered it yet, it is a two year order and wait at certain Chevrolet Dealerships right now. And I say certain because many are marking them up 5k-35k, regardless of what penalties Chevrolet corporate threatens them with. So until Bowling green catches up and demand levels off, the prices won't go down. It sucks for those trying to get under $90k, but it's out of our hands. I want them cheaper, I'd sell them faster to more people. But to this day the lowest we've been able to purchase a C8 was for $83,500, and that car had nearly 16k miles on it. It sold for $87,995...........last year.
Oh.....and C8 Z06's....All allocations for 2023 are already long gone and mark ups are now coming in at $30-60k! So good luck with that if you want a 2023. Secondly if I was making that BS level of money your claiming....I'D HAVE PURCHASED MY 1ST VETTE BY NOW. So no, your claims have no basis in facts. Do some research and get your facts straight before spouting off.

But you are.The consumer should not buy from Corvette World. Just order from your dealership and save 10's of thousands of dollars.You can't build a new Stingray on the visualizer and come up with a $120,000 car. Get real. I'm sorry you've had to deal with those who feel you're taking unfair advantage of the market, the free market represents the idea that to do anything less than make a good profit is foolishness. But when you deal with the majority of Vette owners (and I am a classic example) who see the very large gap between what list is and what you're asking/getting for used cars, I can assume there will be some teeth gnashing. I have enjoyed my 2014 Z51 Torch Red 1LT 7 MT Conv (17,000 miles) for the three years I have owned it but wish I could continue the "tradition" of moving on/up, but that is not to be at least for the time being (it is my 6th Vette). My first world problem for sure and suffering I am not. Good luck and continued good sales and good customer relations. There's far worse circumstances surrounding us than the price of a used Vette.....

It's the Market. My profit is $3-$5k over what we paid to get them into our Inventory. MSRP and under does not exist in the used market for C8's right now.
The recently released Lotus Emira is a much better driving experience than any Corvette.
