Her Dad called in a favour and put her on a kids channel, she wasn't approached and she did not change the Ad. What's inspirational about lying! Also not inspirational is bullying, lying, disrespecting both families on a public stage and not even giving a rats a$s about going to see your father after two heart attacks and an operation and even picking up the phone after his stroke to enquire about him. No, there's nothing I think inspirational to Young people at all! Children and young adults today are encouraged more than ever to speak up about several concerning issues and eg schools do have a period (UK) each day/week where they encourage pupils and Internet safety is discussed at different levels. There are more resources today than there was when MM was growing up even though she obviously had a very loving supportive father. But MM is not a role model, I would even say she is rude and could be considered the wrong person to follow. She was given amazing opportunities in life and yet blew them.

My oldest daughter, who would have been 50 this past May, had to write a letter to Palmolive when she was in the sixth grade about that commercial. It was a class project in how to voice their opinion on something said in a commercial. But she never went around telling people how she got to change what was said. The letters were never mailed out, it was just a class project. Which I am quite sure was the idea of Harry's wife writing such a letter. Just a class project, nothing more.
