I can see the band trying to get the crowd’s clapping back on time again… what happens is the fans start listening to the clapping instead of the actual beat coming from the speakers.
Lmao!!!🤣🤣🤣 Its gonna be like Meshuggah fans trying to headbang at their concerts. I've seen Javier Reyes from Animals as Leaders literally stop playing his guitar to correct the entire crowd who were clapping offbeat asf
@@vela-6 it’s the 4/4 sections that the clapping gets out of sync. They crowd starts listening to the clapping itself instead of the beat coming from the speakers and it gets out of sync
The intro keys are a welcome break from the previous track's intensity. I've been on and off with the previous albums but there is a big jump in songwriting ability on this album.
@@IIIFrenchyIII I absolutely love it when they go hard, but what makes the band perfect for me, is the quiet, minimal interludes and epic solos/choruses.
I've been listening since The Paralax EP/Paralax 2 full length, Every single release is unique and different. There's very few bands that can pull of what BTBAM are doing.
This, bad habits into the future is behind us, 7 minutes into never seen future shock, the latin segment of revolution in limbo, turbulent are all melodic parts that have at the very least given me goosebumps and always remind me why this band has been my favorite for like 14 years.
OMG....Colors 2. I'm going to this show. I was in awe when I saw them play first Colors live(before kids) Maybe this time I'll take my metal head of a daughter to her first show...
Don’t kill me for this…but this song gives me serious A Thousand Suns-era Linkin Park vibes. If Chester were still alive I would 100% honestly have loved to see LP cover this. I think it’d fit really well, at least until the 3 minute mark or so.
Their general move post colors to put showboating and forced prog over the focus on songwriting and heaviness of their early days has turned me off from this band from quite awhile. They nailed it here. I was waiting for it to get corny instead it stayed epic. I can't believe this and fix the error...the worst song I've ever heard from these guys...is on the same album. Revolution in limbo wasn't too bad either but this one is fire. I like that they're trimming the fat on some of these song lengths too.
@@Rob_Cary I wouldnt even know where to start with "bad" or even weak BTBAM songs, but I personally feel the weaker ones are on the debut or the last 2 of Coma ecliptic. Turbulent is imo the weakest song on Colours II.
I keep coming back to this one over and over
The synths used on this record are supreme, along with everything else, the boys never dissapoint. 10/10 \m/
I can just hear the crowds clapping off beat already!
lmao yes!

It's really just straight 4/4. I'll be so sad if they can't clap along
@@vela-6 it’s the 4/4 sections that the clapping gets out of sync. They crowd starts listening to the clapping itself instead of the beat coming from the speakers and it gets out of sync
Tommy keeps getting better at what he does, I swear
And Jamie King, too!

Its Colors 2 you know they are gonna go hard

I like this band a lot.
Truth.
Same here my man
Yeah
You were always one for exaggeration and hyperbole Eric
Yeah
Wow. I should've expected this, but I'm still surprised by how crisp this sounds.
idk if its just me but i always hear some modern noise influence in sections like these. the whole album is nostalgic friggin amazing group of guys
Am I the only one getting a bit of Thomas Giles - Modern Noise vibes, like the last minute of it? Really loving it
You’re not the only one
me toooooo

Parallax EP was my first record with them as well. Was blown away!
This song hits so GOOD! It is a god dayum masterpiece.
You're a god dayum mayon not a god damn womayon.
Best song on the album for sure.
How about this week? Your opinion might change. I'm a fan of Human as Hell

The breakdown at the end is def one of the best bits of the album
Tommy MVP this album. "Seize these memories" so goddamn good. Made me emotional on first listen for sure.
Over a year later, it's bad habits.

The beginning of this reminds me a lot of the spacy part of Good Bye to Everything,
It's the same two chords (Gmaj#11 to B).
@@JarodFedele That's pretty cool! Nice picking up on that!
@@JarodFedele Always nice to see you around, hope your music career continues to excel Jarod.
@@flyingcars8992 Hey thanks! Been working on a bunch of stuff that'll be available soon.
Love that modal structure
obviously this album by first listening blew me away,a new chapter in progmetal....awesome!!
"I'm so scared I'll forget" I hear ya Tommy. We're all gettin old brother. Keep up the good work boys.
This is definitely related to Parallax
Holy fucking shit, this is everything I'd hoped for
BTBAM LOS MEJORES POR SIEMPRE! ❤️🇵🇪
This album is a lowkey love letter to their heroes. It feels validating to see giants appreciating the other giants I also love.
theres a lot of "modern noise" vibes HUGE
I immediately heard the same thing when I heard this track
Alot of prog rock into it too!!

Until 3:13, it reminds me of a hybrid between dream theater and devin townsend..I love it
Big Vola vibes in this one. I love it
Headphones required
This song (I say this as a fan of BTBAM since the beginning) hits me in such a way I cant describe.
I sleeped on this song for too long...it's magnificent.
Extreme Tesseract vibes during the first 30 seconds. Incredible.
Let’s GOOOOOO ❤️💪
GOODBYE TO EVERYTHING
KREYGASM
Nice
This song is a slow crusher.
great!!!!!
Let it go and collect
🇧🇷 muito foda a música!
btbam é do krl!!!!!
Foda pacas! 🤘🏼
The intro kinda sounds like a Crash Bandicoot OST
there's a sample from Crash Bandicoot 1 in Prehistory
is the title of this song a reference from that quote from nietzsche..?
"stare into the abyss and the abyss stares back"
The beginning kinda remind of GTA 5 loading screen songs haha
Sleeper hit
💜
I can’t fucking wait to see this live!
Borderlands pre sequel vibes
First

Really miss the old days..
Listen to double helix...
Nostalgia is a bitch
Rasanya album ni lagi padu dari Colors 2007 kot. Dan lagi baik dari parallax 2.
@@JTNugget lmao
What do you mean "old days"? This is better than Alaska and Colors i
THIS NEEDS MORE FUCKING LIKES!!
