Clay, that is awesome. Giving back is what it’s all about. Couldn’t have a better bunch of guys and gals involved I with this scholarship GTO. Love watching all you all race.
I do love your enthusiasm and dedication for everything that you do, helping everyone with the good times and the bad, I think that you helping youngsters to learn about life and being part of team is fantastic, and the friendships that you have found that have similar experiences is amazing.

I love the Idea. After being a automotive technician for 28 years and see that the industry need more people interested in working in automotive i think this is amazing. I do wish though that it was possible to buy tickets or merchandise towards tickets so the average person would have the possibility to win it. Most people that go into Automotive or labor type jobs do not have the type of money it would take to win at an auction. But again I love that you are helping teach the next generation.

I wish that a program was available when I was doing this but luckily I had a great group of people who were willing to spend time to talk and share their experiences and teach me what they learned over the years I have learned a lot from them and gained experience of my own learning every day hope that it goes well with what you guys and CRC are doing together to give someone a chance to learn and grow in the future is our kids

Nah, sorry bro, but this car was built for the American market and I think it should stay that way. If they wanted more of an Aussie looking model, then they shoulda just imported a real Holden
Great idea, for the next generation to give them a chance at a great career as a trades person. I use CRC products as an Industrial Electrician and will keep using them now since they are giving back. Looking forward to seeing that GTO ready for auction!

Paul Harvey and I have a very special and significant connection that SOMEDAY I will tell you about in person. It goes back to an incident that happened here in Northern Idaho in 1992 and the broadcast of his Noon News and Comment on a very fateful day that ended the Siege at Ruby Ridge.

Crazy coincidence: I live in SW Oklahoma (the shady Five Eighty)580 and I received some product yesterday from a company that I love, Muscle Products (which is in Butler, PA.) I tune into RUclips today and I'm watching this video and it happens that Jeff is literally right down the road from there. I have zero skin in the game but I thought wow, I wonder if Jeff collaborates with them at all seeing they do have some car products.

In Australia, The Holden VY Monaro is Worth $150,000+Aud. Aka Rebadged to Pontiac GTO Made in Australia.

Speaking as an Australian, The Pontiac GTO is just a rebadged Australian Monaro. Most of our Monaros and Commodores (the 4 door it was based on) are modified, Australians would be disappointed if it wasnt "worked on" . these cars are meant to be modified and driven not used as show ponies, or parked up and looked at. If it was an Australian driving it, there would would be 2 black stripes left in the workshop. Get out there and drive it hard on a strip or a circuit (circuit racing is in the DNA of the Monaro) you will have so much fun. Very few cars get left unmodified in Australia when owned by enthusiasts.

It sounds great you’re bringing it to Meacham auction, but that’s out of the hands of the average Joe versus if possibly it was sold through the raffle mode. It would be interesting to compare what you could raise on a raffle versus a semi reasonable Auction price for future endeavors.
