What about with passenger seat all the way back? Is it hitting car seat?
No. It doesn’t travel back that far.
I have a 2008 jeep grand cherokee and when my jeep goes to heck this is my first choice for a truck
We got so many compliments while we had it.
So for a temporary vehicle with a 2 year old would you all recommend this truck?
It would be tight riding in front of a rear-facing car seat, but it could be done.
Outside of that, We liked it well enough. Oddly though we found the cheaper and more basic Chevy Colorado Trail Boss to be more something we would buy over this.

i like your review as you point out a lot about interior which is my concern and it’s real world too so i appreciate that , i love the style of the truck but so sad about how poor the quality is it’s like a hit and miss.
I have a 2018 GMC Canyon Denali and it does what it’s designed for………. Nothing more,….. nothing less………..

Call worker mine has A AT4X Canyon. And he's getting between 25 and 27 miles to the gallon on the freeway in 19 city. I'd say that's not bad.

Sorry but don’t believe his MPG he told you. I have the AT4 and driving it super easy trying to get the best MPG and around 20 is the best average for a longer trip Iv got. For a short distance I have got around 24MPG before but that’s not obtainable over a distance

No. Not concerned. We are aware of Andre’s issues, but we only have these vehicles for a week at a time and as you can tell from our review, we most likely will not be shopping this model.

The only bad things I heard in that whole video was this squeaking issues which I’m sure it will be resolved for the 2024 models. A lot of your complaints, are just issues with all midsize trucks. Personally, I’m not loading my truck up with kids, and I actually like the footprint of this smaller truck. A lot more user-friendly, doing errands around the city than a full-size truck these days.

Yes the footprint is much better.
The squeaking issues in the cheap interior are a significant issue. That will not be resolved in 2024, it requires a complete redesign.

Mid size trucks are not meant for families that have small car seat children or tall teens.
They are ok for singles, couples, or people who kids are out of the house.
Mid size trucks are the size of full size trucks of the early 2000s
Love the Looks BUT it will not go 200k miles because it is a GM 4banger turbo, and all the electronics will be a problem
