    Apka to 3lcs case hai, in logo ne toh mujh 5k liye bhut ganda bola... Meine bhi complaint ki hai. Inke recovery agent itne gande hote. Even I facing same issue they are not support us in this critical situation.

    This lady is purposely speaking to him in English... Thinking that she will make him look like a fool, but he stood on his points that's a good thing he had done...
    Never ever argue on customer care in language which you are not comfortable with.. Always place your points in your mother tongue as customer care are bound to speak in same language as customer...

    Don't ever take Credit Cards.
    Being an aspirant of finance domain ; we have been taught that we should never undertake Credit Cards and also we should develop a healthy habit of making transactions via Cash. When we spend our hard cash our brain forms physiological connections that prevent us from doing unnecessary expenses.

      But, i think it is good…if we don't buy expensive items from credit card, and use it for small items, and pay the debt before due date- like Amazon cards etc. These helps a lot in savings/and cashbacks.

    First take their employee ID before even talking to them. Ask them to call back after you verify their identity. Then record their call. ANYWAY WELL-DONE !

    Samething happend with me, my mother is a High bp patient, a girl called my mother and abused & threatened her and said this is nothing now some people will come to house along with police and will make her feel embarrassed in the society while same day another person called and talked in sensible way but my mother really got frightened afterthat even a doorbell sound haunted her when she called me she literally cried a lot and her bp went up because of the tension. I cant express my feelings and there is tears in my eyes during writing this comment. I started having suicidal thoughts after this incident but I'm alive because I can't give more pain to my mother like this so whoever is reading this comment never ever give up and God bless them.

    1) Don't overuse your card limit, only use as much credit which you can pay back in full in single payment.
    2) At any point if you feel you can't pay back the dues in time, convert purchse in to EMI ASAP.
    3) Carefully note the billing cycle of your card, make purchases just after the billing date (next day), so that you will get the maximum credit period. (1 billing cycle + 15 days repayment time window).
    Remember, if you use credit card responsibly, you will never face "being defaulter or overdues" issues ever.

    What bank has done is not correct they have no right to call anyone on your behalf. But you also have spent 3.76 Lakhs, whatever may be the situation you have to clear minimum dues equivalent to 5% if not total outstanding.

    Same happened with one of our relatives..who lost his job due to pendemic...he always pay the bills on time...but due to pendemic wo pay nahi kar pae nd jab lockdown open hua ...he contacted to customer care and request to make the EMI..but fir bhi recovery k call ae and bahut gandi galiya di..bahut abuse kiya and daily 1000 call karte the wo 60+ person..bicharo ne jaise taise payment karke card band karaya...SBI ki koi service achchi nahi h..

    Mere ek dost ne ek private company se loan Liya tha. Usne kucch installments di fir uske bad rok diya. Uske bad recovery walo ka phone aaya , unhone ne gali gali Kari humne pyar se ghar Bulaya. Wo ghar aye , humne unki khatirdari kari aur fir wo log acche mehmano ki tarah humko paise dekar Gaye.

    I think the government needs to pass a legislation banning all recovery agencies. Instead, banks should report payments or defaults to the credit rating agencies and take legal recourse. This goondaism is totally out of line.

    If such things are done by banks, file FIR against the Managing Directors, Chairmen and top management.
    Make them parties and we should file class action suites 50,60,100 petitioners together.

      If you have all the full and final payments paper works with you, then please email the complain to Banking Ombudsman, Cc to Consumer Forum and SBI alongwith all the relevant documents.

    Police station mein fir likh de about the company that any thing happens to you this so and so company will be responsible....(with proper name and their contact no.)

    Maine Credit card apply Kiya tha abhi ye recording sun ke Maine cancil kar diya,bhai ek din khana nhi khayenge par credit card nhi lenge galti se bhi.maine credit card ke fayde ki video search Kiya tha aur mujhe ye video dikh gayi.

    We need to make sure bank doesn't always blame Agents.
    Agents represent bank and they need to take responsibilities of their action and if they cross line then make sure we make bank doesn't escape.

    They are 3rd party recovery agents and they earn their chunk by commission on a credit value. They aren't able to do anything because they are not the banks. They only focused on the payment... If someone make a certain amount from their total amount then they make their commission on the paid amount...

    I have face the same issue with SBI credit cards...just for 15 k amount they threatened me multiple times 🤬Bahut hi jaada bakwas service and support hai SBI ka ....never use / never apply for this card 🤬🤬

    I belive why custmer not able to pay regularly... when government not able to sustain market...as per bank all customers who don't pay even one installment...are froud....banks gundo ko badhava dete hai....i think banks don't have any collection department....due to banks giving loans to those persons who is eligible...if he is not paying then he is not eligible... that's all...salute buddy...

    Pls post this recording over Twitter and tag SBI, RBI and finance minister. Surely you will get reply from them and do not fear to take any legal action against SBI and his team. This is your moral right and they are not legally permitted to do such activities as per our Indian law. If they are doing so, they are liable to provide justification and take legal actions against their hired 3rd recovery 3rd parties. Take it to court you will find justice. Just because of un awareness of our consumer rights and law many people fear to do so. Nothing wrong in it, proceed further. This sort of situation can come to anyone specifically during the corona pandemic situation. Best of luck.

    Don't get me wrong.but bank ask from their staff to recover the due amount .If a customer don't pay the amount; branch staff gets pressure from higher authority to recover the amount. They get abused from their higher bosses.
    Personally abusing a customer is not a solution; but staff will call to recover the due amount .as they are getting pressure from higher authority.
    If a customer pays well on time. Nobody calls for recovery of due amount. And soon or later customer has to pay the money. Bank won't let the money go that easily.delaying the payment will deteriorate CIBIL score as well as financial loss to the customer.
    Forgive the staff and better ask the sbi credit card to settle the amount .Also because of delayed payment..your CIBIL score has also been deteriorated.and u won't be able to buy any loan or get in credit card in coming three years.

    I faced the same issue they took money as interest part but not showing in statement and they are not ready to even share my statements. I went to Court then they returned me that extra money thru court. U must go to court this is the only way out.

    Just wanted to understand one thing, when we take a credit card and use, we know that we have to pay in 45 days or intrest @24% to 30%. If you don't pay in time obviously they will ask for payment.
    Yes Bank should not be rude, but delaying payment will lead to more intrest. Isn't there a problem with the customer also...

      @@avijitsingh8159 The specified Credit Card company only, because first of all they are biggest scammers. Firstly they will lure you to get trapped than will harass you by giving your contact details to touts and I doubt u r one of them, who is taking side of them.
      This is not the right way to harass anybody family members, they is a legal department for the same.
      U r illiterate that's why u r favoring them by commenting who gives me the right to take loan and not pay. It's my right weather to pay or not, when to pay, how to pay?
      Let the Credit card lender put financial charges, penalty against it.
      If you touts have that much strength then why you guys have not harassed Nirav Modi, Vijay Mallya? Do you have that much guts to speak about it and harass any of their family members?

    SBI Credit card kabhi mat lena, bahot fraud ho raha hai, mere saath bhi hua hai, aur ab paise mang rahe hai, Maine complaint raise ki hai, police main aur sbi cards main bhi, phir bhi ye log pressure kar rahe hain, so plz sbi pe bharosa mat karo, SBI card wale aur card insurance company dono ki mili Bhagat lagti hai.
