Suzanne, these remixes are not for us. That doesn't mean they're not good. It's a different genre and, for all intents and purposes, it's for a different audience. You and I will continue to listen and enjoy the classic Nina Simone and we'll let everyone else enjoy this. If anything, this proves that Nina transcends. Let's not forget that Nina never wanted to be a jazz singer, did it anyway and became one of the greatest influences of jazz. So Nina was doing music she didn't completely want to be a part of while she was alive and you and I had no problem enjoying it.
