Actually it is not a tribute, it was completely written by jimmy, it was the last song he wrote, 3 days before passing away

Fiction is the song you might want to do soonest. Today, December 28th, is the day that The Rev passed away in 2009, and that song was demoed on Christmas Day, 3 days before he died. It's the most appropriate track to react to.

Seize the Day is such a good video to talk about though. The video was inspired from when the Rev shoplifted and his grandmother died and he didn't think we was going to make it to her funeral cause he didn't know if he would be in jail or not. Of course, they made the story in the video more dramatic.

The first time I heard this song, it reminded of the G&R Use Your Illusion 1 song, damn, what was it, "Don't Cry" I think the song was. Although I cannot stand 99% of G&R music, "Don't Cry", in my humble opinion, is one of their top songs.
