I swear kona is pure magic. I just loved how peaceful she looked while "organizing her coat" whilst napping.
This is just superb, I've been looking for "home organizing tips youtube" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Ponrooklyn Xeyichael Secret - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now )?
It is an awesome one of a kind guide for discovering how to declutter and keep your house tidy minus the hard work. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my neighbour got excellent success with it.
i will never feel weird again about the number of pens i hv after seeing this video ty! ❤️👍
🤣
Organization is a place for everything, and everything in it's place, easily accessible. Cute isn't always functional. This is both organized and cute.
What a timing, just got the message that my boyfriend and i got our first flat together!
You can never go wrong with the dollar store! :)
I like how you reused old containers!
I've realized that I can't hold my supplies in bins, especially if they have lids. I end up placing the objects on a surface and not where they're supposed to be, which creates clutter. My solution? Food boxes. For example, cocoa and granola bar boxes. I use all sizes of food packaging and I wrap them in this awesome holographic shelf paper I have. When I open up my desk drawers, I can reach in, grab what I need and put them back super easily! I did a video where I organized my top drawer if anyone wants to see how awesome the food boxes are for storage. As for my scrapbook paper and cardstock, they're in magazine files to keep them organized. I love what you did with your closet space, though. It must be awesome having a dedicated space where you don't have to use them for multiple purposes. 😀👍
Your comment is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo long
Before and after shots are so satisfying. tfs
Perfect timing sea lemon! I’m moving in 2 weeks and I had no clue what I was going to do for storage!
Kona in the process of organizing her winter coat. That is the cutest way to put that
I love your hand writing it’s so neat and clear
Taking everything out is important. I did that several months ago with my art supply closet when I did the KonMari method of decluttering. The trays for current projects is a great idea! I'm inspired to find a way to incorporate that in my art room/office.
Thanks for some good tips! I bought bulk facial tissue in cube shaped boxes with colorful patterns on them. Once empty, I cut the tops off and use the boxes on my desk to hold pens, cotton balls, packets of baby wipes, stencils and other small art supplies. I clean out and cover metal food cans with pretty paper to hold my pens and brushes. I’m also a fan of baskets but wicker/rattan vs plastic; I thrift these so they’re quite affordable. A big improvement to my art desk this year was adding strips of self adhesive LED lights to the underside of my shelves above the desk. Literally like night and day in my dim office and the style I choose even has a dimmer switch.
I am the most unorganized person who loves organization videos in the whole world! 😁😁😁
.
Plus: I love Jennifer's voice and the way she talks! My listening is not so good but I can understand most of everything she says! ❤️
Another disorganised person here!
i have a collector's habit so throwing stuff is much harder for me, even more for the items that are in matching set
You inspired me to get the ikea pegboard system when you first put out that video, and I’ve moved so many damn times since then that they have been in 3 different places, and each time I never took a pic of it before taking it down so each time I’ve had to redo my layout lol! But it’s fun and the accessories for the pegboard are so fun and versatile so I always switch things around. I think of you each time 😊
Really enjoy all your videos but I especially love your organizing vids!
Great job - Organizing helps me remember what I have! I’m also fairly obsessed with baskets and all containers...
Oh my gosh it's so simple, I can't believe I never thought to do it. I have to get a couple large containers for my projects to keep them together & out of the way. Definitely inspired. Thanks!!
I am not a creative person it’s really just not in me! But i am now a momma of a 3 year old and I know the importance of expressing through art. So I am excited to start collecting all kinds of arts and crafts supplies so he has the opportunity to experiment with a variety of supplies!❤️
Omg congrats on 1 million
YOU HAVE DONE A GREAT JOB . I WISH I HAD SOMEONE TO HELP ME BECAUSE I HAVE SOME HEALTH ISSUES AND I AM VERY UN ORGANIZED . I HAVE LOT OF STAMPS FOR STAMPING CARDS . I JUST NEED TO MAKE IT MORE PUT TOGETHER AND HAVE MORE ROOM FOR LIVING AS WELL ! LOL
Please give the pup a kiss from me. 😭 sleepy baby
I have so much stickers and art supplies it’s nuts
Great video. Totally agree that best approach is to take everything out first. However six (?) weeks till Christmas and projects need doing. So at the moment the desk, the floor and the ironing board are covered with supplies. I have to tiptoe between the stuff on the floor. And somewhere in there is a die cut that is needed to finish a project that will be on its way to Australia. 😳. Painting and organizing happens in January without fail!
Girl. Your hand writing is beautiful!
Great idea having designated baskets for current projects.
You know Kona always gets a pass from us. She's so cute
Thanks for the inspiration, my crafts need some organization ASAP! I’m glad you use what you have, I do the same thing 😉
Index card holders! Why did I never think of that?! Also, with cleaning and organizing, this is a good time to go through your markers and pens to see which ones work, about to die, or are totally dried out. Repurposing hack….dried out crayola markers can be soaked in a glass of water over night to be used as a water color paint. We use this all the time without preschoolers and it works great!
Woah the dollar store looks so much better than our UK version called the Pound Shop. Great video, has given me many ideas for storage solutions when I'm living and art/crafting in a van. Thanks
You just gave me so many great ideas to organize my craft room ❤️❤️ thanks!
I subbed. I am a artistic person former art teacher and have "collecting" issue.I need to clean out my room and make it into my studio. So organization will be a huge thing. Thanks for your ideas. I am taking things one day at a time. It's just too much to clean, sort, organize. Ty for your guidance. -NY USA
Thank you for the tips! I am having a hard time trying to keep everything in place so I guess grouping them into smaller containers will keep everything organized.
Beautiful! To add to this, if you want to splurge on closing containers, Sterilite has these pretty quality containers at Walmart (not compared to what Sterilite used to be but I digress). Clear plastic, blue flip lock handles. I stood there yanking at them in the aisle to test them, and I can safely say my clumsy co-workers haven't broken them yet. They're not too bad price wise compared to other styles, and there's three main sizes that are perfect for anything! I'm currently reorganizing my whole house, from food to fabric with them!
Now *this* sparks joy.
I love these videos, Jennifer! Love your soothing voice and creative spirit. ;-)
5:55 are you kidding? Your handwriting is awesome! ❤
Oh! I love the storage space for ongoing projects and supplies. That's a great idea! I'm in the midst of of reorganizing my entire (utterly chaotic) work room. It's awfully overwhelming. I'm actually using this video to procrastinate on said reorganization, but it's given me some good ideas!
Your Dollar Tree has much more than mine does. I have never seen the magazine holders at mine. Basket selection right now is pretty limited. Maybe in the spring I will have better luck. Great video because we all know we love looking at someone else's solutions.
Yooooo thats traditional puertorican music in the background??? Cool 😍
I love organization videos, it’s so satisfying to watch everything come together 😍😍
Just organized my mudroom that houses my magazine library, embellishments and household tools. This was very satisfying.
Tfs.
Thank you for making this video. I loved it. I am a bit addicted to organizing and re-organizing my craft space. ALSO, I am SO GLD that someone else has GELLY ROLL COLLECTION AS BIG AS MINE!! I don’t feel so bad anymore!!!
Thank you for sharing! I've seen those containers at the dollar store and wanted to get them but needed a specific purpose rather than just collecting them and see what I can use them for. Now I know! 😁
I LOVE the eyeballs!!!!!
I love all your videos. The organizing ones inspire me to want to organize but I think I need a nap first. Lol. I love that purse organizer. I will be needing Several. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for making this video. I really needed it. I do paper crafts and woodworking. My apartment doesn't have a lot of storage space inside. So if people came over to my apartment they'd think I was a hoarder even though I'm not.
I like your organization with your containers. Very unique! ❤
I was really hoping her to make a drawer organizer with the plastic
Ty for all the great ideas. I’m trying to organize my craft/office area. I think I have the furniture where I want it, now I just have to make everything fit. Have been donating things that haven’t been used for 1-2 years as well.
Two rooms here are being reassigned, a daunting heap of work. I thank you for your very useful ideas.
I really should organize my art & craft supplies. Such a mess in my room! Thanks for sharing this video 😊
I love this video! Before and after images are my favorite!
Thanks again 🦙
Always happy to see these videos!
thank you so much! going there asap
Looks awesome! Much easier to find things.
I need to get the large baskets for cabinet storage! Thanks for the tips on checking out different areas of the Dollar Store!
OMG pretty cool way to organize your art stuff !!! like it ❤️❤️
This is so cool!
Looks nice :) I've been planning to organize better my art and craft supplies so long, but I have limited space for that in my apartment, but I'm still gonna do it when I found enough bins and basket :)
Loved the index box for colored cord and the green project bins
I keep my extra writing supplies in a few of those large plasticware containers. Suuuuuuper perfect for their purposes. 😊
Great job!! Thanks for the ideas.😎
Love your tips.
Great job!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️
I really need this video thank you so much!
I got a utensil caddy from Bed Bath and Beyond (Which I'm sure you can find it cheaper I just use to work there so I got a discount) for my pens. I can organize them by type and it grab them all at once which is nice.
i honestly love organizing and i would love to have a labelmaker bc i have super messy handwriting but i just use a small bit of paper and some tape and it's good enough for me. if i do ever get a laber maker i will relabel everything though
Mind blown 🤯
Great job.
Thank you for this video!! I am moving soon so this was very helpfull :)
Very nice!
I have been reorganizing my art room this week as well. Both of my Dymo label makers are dead with no way to charge them! :( My biggest challenge is paper large storage- like anything bigger than 12x12 stuff. I have a dream of creating the perfect craft/drafting table with a light table in it and multiple shelves of 30 inch wide flat paper storage on the other side. I have drawn multiple designs. Oh the messes I would make if I actually knew wood working and could create my own craft room furniture!! Also, don't worry about dog hair on your floor- you have a dog! I too live in AZ and have a dog- they shed like crazy this time of year and in April. Also I really like your hair!
I've had plans for this also! I would love to have my large paper storage in order beside my drafting table instead of digging it out of portfolios in my office closet.
Looks better than my mess
So satisfying :)
Great Job.
Woo I'm on time!
Great Job! 👍🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I need to know where you bought your “Do Not Bend” tape/stickers... I’m going to put some on the front of myself for when my Grandkids come over. They’re killing my back! 😂👵🏻😉
Seriously though, RUclips recommended your Channel and after watching your second video I checked out your page and subscribed. 😊
P.S. I also ordered that Blank & Decker Level from your IKEA “Pegboard” video! What a fabulous invention!
Peerrrrfect😁👍👍
Thank you I have 2 use your sharpie storage idea
Best line ever: "She is in the process of organizing her winter coat right now." LOL
You did an amazing job of organizing. Your printing is SO NEAT and consistent. Did Kona finish organizing her winter coat? LOL! I really like the color of your floors, too.
Nice
wow!
i have OCD and organizing my things is a must.... this was very helpful!!!!
😀
I would have never considered going to the dollar store for storage bins
It looks so cute. I wish I could do this but every time I go to the dollar store, it looks horrible and they barley have any stock. :(
ayy i'm early! chill video
Lol the "wire rack shelf that hangs onto other shelves... Im not sure if thats what its called"
Im laughing 😂😂😂 Thats its official name now
I love all your projects! Any chance you'll be doing some more metal stamping videos?
Thank You for sharing. It helps me organize my stash. What is the best way to store gel pens, markers? How is papa lemon?😎🌻🦋🦋
You should me have some of your stuff. It's great that you can buy bins from the dollar tree.
Enjoyed your post! May i ask where you found your 2 metal carts?
Omg¡¡!! I want pens please love love them...
you pulled out the eyes on a string and i went: 👁👄👁
i have 4 metallic foils that are messed up what should i do with with?
Suggestions on utility carts? i really like the one you used in this video but the only ones I can find locally are $50+ I was hoping to spend less than $40 on a small cart. Any suggestions are appreciated.
I got mine from Target. IKEA, Michael's and Amazon also have utility carts for sale.
Where did you find the circle storage cart?
Your video wasnt in my suscription list! >
Me with 20 dollars: *aight I'mma head out*
