-presence is when you stop thinking.
-discover another dimension of who you are
-Observe the space that is behind everything that happens.
-detachment is contemplate what arises and youre not judge.
-become aware of underlying presence
-become aware of that space around all the things
-say what you have to say, theres also the space,
You are a person and you are as space
-anything you have to say still feel presence or space in the background as yourself. The space around what it is that you’re saying.

I will trust in God. Even though it’s difficult, I will continue to walk with faith and not by sight. Please pray for me. My husband passed away years ago. I’m all alone. I’m a single mother. Both of my sons are autistic, they require a lot from me because they are non verbal. Every month is a struggle, to not end up on the streets. I lost my job as a social worker at Forsyth hospital because I declined the vaccine. I declined because of my pre existing health condition lupus, and heart disease. I was denied my medical/religious exemption. I wish I could go back but the mandate is still in place for hospitals that participate in Medicare and Medicaid all employees must have covid 19 vaccine. I get harassed constantly and mocked for sharing my testimony and for asking for prayers but prayers are all I want and I also want to bring awareness of how vaccine mandates are ruining many ppls lives. I’m now waitressing and I’m so thankful but not making nearly enough to get by. I’m tired of struggling putting food on the table it’s so discouraging. But even as I’m put down and mocked because of my situation. I still have faith that our Heavenly Father will provide he has THIS FAR! Faith over fear. Please pray for me and my boys! God bless! 🥰
God shall supply all your needs according to his riches in glory.u will not struggle in 2023.

Even though I can access-vaguely- what he is talking about in private and quiet times, it eludes me at the times it feels most necessary. I haven’t been able to get in touch with any sense of the situations being a dream when I am in them. (I rarely remember my night dreams; I may have had a experience of lucid dreaming, or just remember learning about it. It’s scary to me how long I have been on the path that the identifying is still so strong. Please, Presence, come forward more!

I have been practising watching the thoughts and enjoying those moments of no thought, however, it took me 20 minutes to decide what to have for dinner the other night. it's like my brain is shutting down and taking longer and longer to reboot when I need it.

When Eckhart talked of lucid dreams I remembered nightmares of my childhood where it felt so real and uncontrollable. I have experienced lucid dreams of a positive nature where I keep pinching myself to test if it is a dream or reality! I do find that listening to you creates a thought process and although I love what you say and it intrigues me it is not possible to get out of my mind. In all forms of meditation the master has the primordial soul, you, sleep or become unconscious and teaches the secondary soul, which does not raise your level. Only one practice does the opposite, Falun Dafa.

You don't have to be still because you already are.

Meditation is a deliberate action you create in your mind to make your brain think is is meditating. Three things make you what you are, your physical body and your brain relate to all your actions in the physical universe, your soul is the mind itself, that third psyche inner self, the thinking part and it decides the conclusion of what you think is happening.
Where did you learn that your brain need meditation. Anything is wrong with your poor brain? Pray to so-called mr guru.
