I believe dre worked on it too, em wrote the rhymes first, then came up with a beat to match and dre added the piano progression

I have just realized, you are right, he wrote this shit not only on every piano note, but on every other instrument and on the heartbeat as well, if you focus and try to isolate the instruments one at a time you'll notice it too, same as you pointed out the piano. And I have just realized Em was also the only producer. This is insane.
