    I was talking to my son about this podcast, he’s ocd and anxiety. But he said “not listening to anything that says you can cure mental illness with food. That’s my boundary”
    So frustrating!

      @@aimeeperrin7313 Tell him it’s so much more than food. Share some of the other lifestyle practices we use, such as meditation, fasting, grounding, sleep hygiene and circadian rhythm management, sunshine, and exercise.
